Ilana is a New York City–based registered dietitian who is deeply passionate about helping people transform their health in ways that actually last. With training from Cornell University and Oregon Health & Science University, Ilana blends strong clinical knowledge with a highly personalized, compassionate approach. She believes nutrition should feel empowering—not restrictive—and focuses on meeting clients where they are to build sustainable habits that fit into real life.

Ilana is constantly staying up to date with the latest research and evidence-based practices, ensuring her clients receive the most current and effective guidance.
