About The Manufacturer

Foreo Luna

Foreo started in 2013 as a company that specializes in beauty and well-being products. Luna is the flagship product of the company but another product which is a dental beauty device was launched more than a year ago.

The products of the company are designed in Sweden and Foreo currently has the presence in more than 35 countries. The company is known for maintaining high manufacturing standards in state-of-the-art facilities in the United States, Asia, and Europe. The company has a good reputation in the skin care and wellness industries.

How Does It Work?

Foreo Luna delivers deep and gentle cleansing through its T-Sonic pulsations and silicone touch-points that gently exfoliate dead skin cells while unclogging pores from makeup residue. The device also gets rid of dirt and oil while enhancing the absorption of skin care products.

It also works to reduce the visible signs of aging on the skin through the Anti-Aging Mode which uses lower-frequency pulsations that work to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also improves skin firmness making it smoother and plumper.

Foreo Luna Features

  • T-Sonic Pulsations – The Foreo Luna offers 8,000 T-Sonic (transdermal sonic) pulsations every minute through the silicone cleansing brush for deep cleansing that is gentle on the skin. This exfoliates the skin and enhances the absorption of other skin care products.
  • Ultra Hygienic – It offers the cleanest way to cleanse through the quick-drying, nonporous silicone that resists the build-up of bacteria. The result is one of the most hygienic ways to cleanse the face offering 35 times more hygienic features than standard cleansing brushes.
  • Anti-Aging Mode – The Luna can deliver lower-frequency pulsations through the anti-aging surface of concentric silicone ridges that can be directly used on areas of the skin that are prone to skin aging signs like wrinkles for fast smoothing and firming effects.
  • Smart Swedish Design – It is completely waterproof so it can be used in the shower or bath with 8 speeds. It is lightweight and easy to carry. Every full charge can last up to 450 uses so you can bring it with you anywhere.

Final Verdict

Foreo Luna is an excellent skin care device that offers exfoliation and anti-aging benefits. It is a little expensive but the price is worth it considering that you will be using it for a long time. Most feedbacks from users are positive saying it is really a good skin care device. It is best used with anti-aging topical formulations for optimum anti-aging effects.

As we age the composition, texture and appearance of our skin changes. Signs of skin aging include wrinkles, fine lines, loss of moisture, uneven tone and dull, tired-looking skin. There are countless anti-wrinkle creams on the market promising to make skin look and feel younger. Many anti-wrinkle creams promise everything short of a facelift or to provide the much sought after "fountain of youth". In reality most are just moisturizers marketed as anti-aging products.

Below you’ll find some of the most effective wrinkle serum/cream formulations on the market today, in our opinion.
