As we age the composition, texture and appearance of our skin changes. Signs of skin aging include wrinkles, fine lines, loss of moisture, uneven tone, and dull, tired-looking skin. There are countless anti-wrinkle creams on the market promising to make skin look and feel younger. Many anti-wrinkle creams promise everything short of a facelift or to provide the much sought after "fountain of youth". In reality most are just moisturizers marketed as anti-aging products.

Below you'll find some of the most effective wrinkle serum/cream formulations on the market today, in our opinion.

    Buyer Beware of This Business
The product is decent, but the business model reeks of a scam! I’ve encountered multiple charges with attempts to cancel the autoship. There are other comparable products available on the market.
  2. Kenny T

    Complexion MD SCAM
As mentioned earlier, this company appears to be a scam. They initially offer a free sample for $7.95, covering the cost of shipping and handling (although it seems the postage rates must have increased). However, without any prior notice on their website, they start charging a subscription fee of $89.95. Discover was very helpful and recommended that I call customer service to cancel this subscription. When I did, I encountered a very condescending agent who insisted that I was mistaken. The conversation abruptly ended after the cancellation of a subscription that I never ordered in the first place. Later, I received an email offering to sell me the “free” product for $35. Unfortunately, I can’t quote my exact email response, but I did inform them that if they refund the $7.95 shipping charge and provide a prepaid return shipping label, they can have their product back. Discover has already proven to be helpful in this matter. I anticipate receiving more annoying emails and calls, but I usually have a keen sense for detecting scams. I initially thought this website was a legitimate dermatology site, but it turns out it is not. This was the only reason I considered their product.

I WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOOK MY CREDIT CARD AND CHANGED FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE.
SCAM!! I only ordered a sample then they charged my credit card for $89.95 and I have no product. Canceled my credit card and was issued a new one and the charge showed up on the old number.

I tried calling on hold for 15 minutes the first time, then I called again and waited an hour and 15 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone, no live agents. I’m contacting the BBB to put these people out of business.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

SCAM! Complexion MD makes fraudulent charges against your credit card
I guess this scam is becoming well known because my credit card company caught it and immediately sent a warning. They trick you by offering a free sample for $7.95. You have to use a credit card to pay the $7.95 and then they hit you up with additional charges. In my case that was $112! I have canceled my credit card and I’m waiting for a replacement. And I am reporting this to the BBB.
  5. LouAnn Svendsen

Don't Fall for Complexion MD SCAM
I ordered the trial sample for $4.95 instead I received a full-size jar for $89.95. I was billed for both charges and returned the product. Now I am having trouble getting my refund. Apparently, they have no supervisors or managers to speak to according to the service representative. Even after I said I was going to complain to the BBB and possible police I still couldn’t speak to anyone. Please don’t fall for this SCAM! I have tried to find out who owns the company and or any corporate information but haven’t had any luck.
  6. Odalys

    Complexion MD is Horrible
I order the Complexion MD free trial, I didn’t like the cream is super sticky on your face. Then got charged for auto-ship $89.95. I called to cancel and they would not refund me. Really bad cream and really bad customer service. DO NOT ORDER THIS CREAM! It’s a SCAM!
  7. Suzen

They will give you a difficult time
I ordered the trail, then read reviews, I called within 10 days to ask for a return…After the 10-minute sales pitch, they offered me a 20% discount, I kept saying no I want to return it, they offered, 39%, 40%, and finally 70% for a 29.00 a month subscription. After 30 minutes on the phone, I finally convinced them that I just wanted to return it. Finally, I settled on paying 20.00 for the jar I already had. The product feels like it is full of wax on your face. I am not sure if I will use it or just cut my losses and threw the jar away. Buy your beauty protection from an established store and don’t believe the false reviews posted on the MD Complexion website.

DO NOT GET TRAIL OFFER Complexion MD SCAM
I paid for the delivery of the ‘free’ trial offer. A month later I was charged $89.95. I have called to ask what the charge was for, she talked over me saying ‘what do you think of the product’. I told her I did not want it and I wanted a refund. She said I would receive an email with refund instructions. The second month I was charged 95.00 for (1) jar I called and was told I had received an auto-ship of the product. I told her that I had not and that I did NOT want any Complexion MD anti-wrinkle cream. I argued with the person on the phone who refused to give me a refund. She said I was on the subscription I said cancel it I never ordered it. Now I have 2 jars I never ordered ripped off for 184.95. It is advertised as a trail and sold for 35.00. I turned them into my credit card and the Better Business Bureau. If this happens to you contact BBB.

Complexion MD is a BIG SCAM
I paid for the delivery of the free trial offer. A month later I was charged $89.95. I have called twice to get a refund. The first call I was told I would receive an email with refund instructions. The second call I was told I had received an auto-ship of the product. I explained that I had not AND that I did NOT want any product. I argued with the person on the phone who refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor – and – was told supervisor would call in 24 to 48 hours because supervisor is not available. Still waiting for that call and my refund for the product NOT received. They deserve a zero-star review. Shameful business.

Complexion MD Ques and Ans

  • Q: should this be used with other products such as retinol or dermabrasion

A: You can use Complexion MD with other skincare products like retinol or after dermabrasion, but caution is needed. Retinol is effective for improving skin but can irritate, especially when starting. Don't use retinol and Complexion MD on the same night. After dermabrasion, wait at least 7 days before using Complexion MD. For any concerns, consult a dermatologist.
