Blue Goo Review – Final Verdict

Blue Goo Pain Relieving Gel is marketed as an effective solution for muscle and joint pain, supported by a simple yet powerful ingredient list that includes menthol, glucosamine, and emu oil. Its focus on fast, targeted relief may appeal to those seeking non-prescription pain management options.

However, the lack of user reviews raises concerns about its real-world effectiveness and transparency. Without broader feedback, it’s difficult to assess how well it works for different types of pain. Before making a purchase, consider your personal pain relief needs and consult a professional to ensure it meets your expectations.

Decent topical relief but limited long-term impact
I use this gel once in the morning and again post-workout on my lower back and elbows. Application is easy and absorption is quick, which I like. I noticed slightly better mobility for an hour or so, mostly due to the menthol cooling. That said, deeper pain relief was minimal. Ingredient list is solid, but sourcing isn’t explained and the scent lingers. For mild aches it’s fine, for chronic pain it falls short.
  2. Susan Varner

I have bought this cream for 6 months. Wonderful!
This cream has been a lifesaver for me. I have used it daily for 6 months to help me through some painful times. It is the best I have tried. It absorbs quickly and does not have a strong smell. It provides me with relief, so I apply it several times a day. I love it. Please continue to keep it on the store shelves. Thank you so much.

    Pain pain go away
I was over 600 miles from my doctors visiting my parents when I had a horrible arthritis attack. I hurt so so bad not knowing what I could do other than head to the ER, my mother had a bottle of blue goo cream. I was so skeptical but what the heck, my mother helped me rub in the cream on my left knee and within 2 hours. I was able to walk on it…I’ve been a solid customer of this cream for 9 years now… it’s not too harsh and it doesn’t have a foul odor like other creams…I just wish I could get it in bigger sizes. Perfect product for me… thanks blue goo.
