How Does Rejuvia Work?

When looking into the formula for Rejuvia, we got an idea of how it is supposed to work. We also referenced the testimonials of customers to gain an insight as to how Rejuvia might affect the user.

One of the things we saw multiple times from apparent users were reports that Rejuvia helped them stay asleep for longer periods of time. Many of these customers said that they couldn’t stay asleep for more than a couple hours at a time before taking Rejuvia.

As far as the formula goes, much of it is devoted to herbal extracts that have been related to stress-reduction. Therefore, Rejuvia may help you fall asleep by reducing stressful thoughts that can keep you up at night.

However, one of the most important things to note is that Rejuvia is meant to work naturally. There are no artificial depressants or downers in the formula so it isn’t harmful or habit-forming.

Rejuvia Ingredients: Are They Safe & Effective?

The Rejuvia formula is made up of naturally-derived herbal extracts, amino acids and minerals so it is safe. The key Rejuvia ingredients include:

Valerian Root

Valerian root is an herbal extract that has demonstrated the ability to reduce stress that can keep a person from sleeping. It does this by affecting GABA receptors. GABA is a neurotransmitter that is key to helping the brain deal with stress.

According to Sleep Foundation staff writer Jay Summer and Sleep Medicine Physician, Dr. Abhinav Singh, “Valerian root also likely impacts serotonin receptors, which are involved in mood and sleep. Valerian root has also been found to reduce brain activity in the motor cortex in response to stimulation, as well as change how brain waves in different parts of the brain work together in response to stress and anxiety.”

Valerian calms the brain down and affects the neurotransmitters that signal sleep to the brain and regulate mood.

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo biloba is another herbal extract that has been linked to improved mood and sleep quality. According to the Mayo Clinic, ginkgo biloba is a plentiful source of flavonoids.

Flavonoids have powerful antioxidant properties that could reduce the damage of free radicals in the brain. This effect could reduce stress when it comes time to sleep.

Skullcap Root

One of the causes of insomnia and poor sleep quality is anxiety and stressful thoughts. Skullcap root is an herbal extract that has been used to alleviate stress and anxiety.

Research shows that a blend containing skullcap root helped improve sleep by increasing deep, restorative NREM sleep. The study suggests it works by supporting GABA activity, which naturally calms the brain and makes it easier to rest.

Hops Flower

Hops flower (Humulus lupulus), traditionally used for calming the mind and soothing nerves, is included in Rejuvia for its ability to promote deep, restful sleep and reduce stress.

A clinical trial titled “Humulus lupulus L. extract reduces self-reported depression, anxiety, and stress levels in young adults” published in Acta Physiologica Hungarica highlighted its potential in improving mood and reducing anxiety symptoms. This supports its role as a natural aid for better sleep quality and stress relief.

Melatonin

Rejuvia adds melatonin to signal the body that it’s time for rest, supporting quicker onset of deep sleep. Research shows that melatonin helps reset the body’s natural sleep–wake cycle. It may improve sleep quality and make it easier to fall asleep, especially for those with disrupted sleep patterns.

Passionflower

Passionflower is selected for its ability to ease tension and boost GABA, known as the body’s natural sleep switch .A clinical study found that drinking passionflower tea for just one week helped people sleep better, with improvements in overall sleep quality compared to a placebo.

How to Use Rejuvia?

The instructions are to use the spray 6-8 times under your tongue about half an hour before you go to sleep and swallow the liquid. Each bottle is good for about 240 sprays which is about a month’s supply depending on how often you use it.

  1. Anthony Rhodes

rejuvia’s sleep support was light and didn’t last through the night
Rejuvia sounded like a solid sleep helper, but it just didn’t carry me through the night. I’d fall asleep kinda quicker, sure, but I kept waking up at 3–4 a.m. like usual. It felt way too mild for the price, and the effects faded fast. Not terrible, but definitely not strong enough for real sleep struggles.
  2. Jennifer Collins

Rejuvia spray helped me fall asleep faster and stay rested
I’ve been using Rejuvia for a few weeks now and honestly, it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I used to toss and turn for hours before finally dozing off, but with this spray, I fall asleep much faster. The mint flavor is light, and I like that it doesn’t feel heavy like pills. While it doesn’t knock me out instantly, it helps me relax, stay asleep through the night, and wake up feeling more refreshed than I have in a long time. Definitely a solid option if you’re looking for a natural sleep aid.
