  1. Daniel

    Certainly works for me
I take 20 HumaPro tablets every day and 4 doses of creatine from optimum nutrition, and I’m almost never sore and I’ve experienced the fastest muscle growth I’ve ever had. I’m a vegetarian, so this was a really good option for me since a lot of other protein pills or powders aren’t vegetarian and require absurd amounts of consumption to get enough protein. Sure, 20 pills a day seems like a lot, but it’s better than eating 20 pounds of broccoli and greens every day since I don’t eat chicken or beef.
