1) Initially, I only authorized a trial purchase of the product Restora Dream “Age Defying Moisturizer Cream” to my credit card. I was not satisfied with the trial product; therefore, I did not order more of the product. Somehow the trial purchase included a second Restora Dream product called “Rapid Face Lift” which I did not order. Nowhere on the website did it state the product would be auto-shipped. Nowhere on the website did it state I was authorizing an auto shipment. Nowhere on the website does it list the full price of the product.
2) I received a second shipment of the product and was charged $89.92 for the “Age Defying” cream and $84.95 for the “Face Lift” to my credit card. The credit card line item did not list the Restora name nor did it list a telephone number as is standard for most merchants. The credit card line item lists “ZForceSkinCream,” This appears to be a method the company is using to hide its charges so that a consumer may overlook the charge.
3) Also the credit card line item lists Glendora, CA. The return address on the two shipping boxes has no name but does have a Post Office Box in St. Petersburg, FL. The jar lists: Distributed For Restora Dream, 1030 N. Mountain Ave., Suite #89, Ontario, CA 91762. Thus my confusion as to where to return the product.
4) The invoices enclosed with the trial product and the second shipment did not list a company address or telephone number so that I can return the second shipment.
5) A search of the current website has no contact information for the consumer (no company/manufacturer name; address nor telephone number).
At this time, I am working with the credit card company to assist with reversing the charges. This experience leaves me very angry and not wanting to trust any company offering a free trial.

Eh! Nothing special. Coconut oil works MUCH BETTER!!! Then, today I was billed $175!!! Wtf! I called screaming that I had told them not to process this, and they had insisted it was free, and there would be no further charge, but they charged my credit card $175. This company is BS!!! I had to scream at the girl, threaten to report it as fraud to my credit card and report to the BBB.
ONLY THEN DID THEY AGREE TO REFUND THE MONEY. I WILL BE CHECKING MY ACCOUNT TO BE SURE IT IS IN FACT REFUNDED AND CHANGING MY ACCOUNT NUMBER.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ILLEGITIMATE COMPANY! Total fraud!
