Excellent the very best is Nature Made
I prefer Nature’s Made Women’s Vitamins, their B12, Zinc,Magnesium etc. because it is all high quality. I am very disappointed in other brands — all of these are soft gels too, all are easily swallowed and well absorbed. What a difference to other leading brands. I am staying with Natures Made only and buy direct from them only.
