That’s not how their offer works. They have concealed the real process in their Terms and Conditions. If you order it, they will charge you immediately for shipping, and 14 days later, if you haven’t already canceled, they bill you for the free product you’ve already received. They do not tell you the actual retail price of the products. That’s a secret until after they bill you. In my case, I was billed $169.91, exactly 14 days after placing my initial order.
According to their website, if you fail to cancel within the free trial period of 14 days, you will be enrolled and start receiving product @ $94.92 per month.

I called to complain. The first customer service agent I spoke with, gave me the typical customer service spiel, telling me I just failed to cancel the free trial period, and that the charges were correct. She did disenroll me, but she was obviously not empowered to issue a refund, and would not transfer me to her supervisor until we’d argued about it for several minutes. She finally did transfer the call.
When the supervisor picked up the call, she identified herself as Agent #377, the floor supervisor. She would not provide me her name. She offered me a refund of about $40, which I said was not enough. I wanted at least $80 back. I really wanted all of my money back, because the product is total crap. It did nothing for me.
I asked Agent #377 to transfer me to her supervisor, or manager, which she would not do. She said that she was the last person I could talk to. There was no one else, above her, that she transfer the call to. We argued about that for a while, as I was asking for her manager. She insisted it was her decision. I asked for the number of the corporate office, and the name of the CEO, which she would not give me. Also, she would not give me her name. Just Agent #377. I told her my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau, and after that, I’d be calling the NC Attorney General, and then her corporate office. At that point, she decided to go talk to her manager and put me on hold. When she came back, she offered me a refund of about $80, which satisfied me.
Bottom line: Retro Vigor Testosterone Booster, and Retro Vigor Nitric Oxide Booster, DO NOT WORK!! I have noticed absolutely 0 change in my energy level, or any other metric, upon which they claim wonderful results.
THIS COMPANY IS DECEPTIVE IN MARKETING, AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE INEFFECTIVE.

Charged me almost $100 dollar. I asked for a refund, Leona than dragged me through the mud trying to offer me more of the same garbage. After 5 conversations with her supervisor, I asked to speak with the supervisor to which Leona now tells me that now all of a sudden he/she was in a meeting. I finally got them to agree to give me a full refund after I send back the product, minus a $10 restocking fee. Total scam and a waste of money! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!

So…I NEVER clicked on next. Now here’s the interesting part. I immediately got a phone call with a local number showing on caller ID, and a heavily accented operator asking me if they could help me complete my order!! According to her, they monitor the form page and get real-time info as someone is filling out the form. That means, if you enter your credit card info they have it even if you don’t finalize the order!!
Consumers beware!
