Shapiro MD hair growth review

This company does NOT even deserve a 1-star rating, if I could give them a negative start I would. I purchase a product from Shapiro MD for a hair loss product on 1/17/22. The production information did not say at the time of purchase that the product would be needed for life. If not using your hair would reverse growth and fall out again. I did not use the product.

In April, the company auto shipped the product. They claim because I bought it online they automatically ship every 3 months and charged my account without my permission. I call and told them I need to return the product and get my money back. They gave me instructions to return the package to the USPS service & write the return number on the package which they sent in an email and they would return my $186.00.

I have now called 4 times and each time they tell me they need to run the return by upper management and will get back to me. They have not returned a dime of the money they charged me, and they will not call me back.

I’m still gonna try it

I probably should’ve read the reviews first but I didn’t and that happened to me before when I bought a wig one time and it turned out they were trash. Guess I didn’t learn my lesson but I spent $130 on my order of Shapiro shampoo treatment and I was really hoping it was going to be a product that everybody liked and it worked for them but I’m reading totally opposite of that seems like nobody‘s happy with it having trouble getting it returned and getting refunds it’s sad when we’re suffering from our hair loss and we have to read these kind of reviews anyway mine hasn’t even arrived yet but I will use it. I am going to use it till it’s gone and then I’ll know if it helped I cannot go by what everybody else is saying in their reviews. I have to give it a chance to see if it work but chances are it won’t after reading all these reviews so I would like to say that if it doesn’t work then new people need to take it off the market and apologize to everyone and not sell it anymore because it’s turning out to be a scam thank you very much,

I will cancel my Shapiro MD order

I just bought three months supply of Shapiro MD Hair Growth product. I was hoping that it will help me with at least stopping a hair loss at the very front of my head, right at the edge of my forehead. When I read the instructions I found out that it is not advised to use this treatment exactly at the front of my scalp. How come they do not mention it when selling the product? If the company lies to the clients while they are desperate and trust them, they have no right to sell the product. I will make sure that people aren’t fooled by the Shapiro MD company. And if they don’t give explanations as to why this product can not be used at certain areas of the scalp and why Shapiro MD customers are not aware of it at the time of purchase, I will definitely cancel my order. Would never buy it again

Have not seen any help in New growth or keeping my hair from falling out. My hair is now very dry. Not a good product! Guess I’m stuck with the 3 bottles I haven’t used, I got 4 in the shipment.

Horrible Shapiro MD Customer Service

The Shapiro MD Shampoo and conditioner made my already damaged hair very dry and brittle. I tried to call Customer Service several times and emailing with no response. I finally talked to a person through their chat and got an address and return #. I sent the product back with insurance which together cost me $20. The P.O. delivered the package and Shapiro MD did not refund my $. I called several times again and then went to their website and did the chat again. I gave the person my return # and she said she needed the tracking # to track it. I said she should be able to look up the return #. She said it looked like they received it but needed the tracking # to give me my refund. I told them so you wait until someone calls with their tracking # to refund the $? That’s not right! I told her that I was going to file a grievance on PayPal and report them as a scam. I went on PayPal to do it and guess what? They had just refunded my $ so I couldn’t report them. An hour later I received a call back from Customer Service (Angel) and he proceeded to talk over me. I told him I would never buy Shapiro MD products again and warn people about the return hassle I went through.

I used Shapiro MD Hair Growth for almost two years had good hair but wanted to maintain it but no difference at all waste of money and look and the two doctors who developed it their both suffering hairloss/receiving not a good advert for their company, gave it one star as there wasn’t anything less they need to put a zero on there.

Shapiro shampoo system does not work

This product does not work and they lock you into monthly shipments and will not cancel unless your phone, then they cut you off when you are waiting in line on the phone to their customer service. BEWARE!!! you have to cancel your credit card to stop them from taking your money!
