Biotin, also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H, is a vital B-vitamin that plays a key role in promoting hair growth, primarily by supporting keratin production. Biotin contributes to hair follicle health, helps prevent hair loss, and may promote thicker and fuller hair, especially beneficial for those experiencing hair thinning. Insufficient Biotin intake can lead to brittle hair.

Moreover, a study has found that Biotin might enhance the elasticity of the hair cortex, potentially preventing damage or breakage.[1]

Vitamin C

– This could enhance the production of collagen and it might support iron absorption.

Beta Carotene

– This is also known as Vitamin A and it is going to neutralize the damages done by free radicals.

Folic Acid

– This is going to speed up the division of your cells and contribute to the natural growth of hair.

– It is going to improve the health of your hair and its appearance.

    Side effect from Biocilium !!
Biocilium does not nourish my scalp and hair follicles as this manufacturer promises, instead it promotes extremely poor hair growth. I have had dizzy, fast/irregular heartbeat, fainting, and chest pain as a result of this product.
