    Ristela Didn't Help Me
I tried Ristela for over 6 months and saw no difference. I thought it might take a while to show improvement so I kept taking it. It did not work for me and it proved to be a costly experiment.
  2. Regina

    Nope. Nada. Zilch.
I took this product for one full month. I’m a huge proponent of homeopathic medicine so I had a very open mind and a positive attitude going in. I was sadly disappointed. I’ve had a decrease in libido for years now due to antidepressants and it only got worse with the onset of perimenopause. I would have been super pleased with any increase. Nothing. No change. And the product was suggested by my gynecologist so I had some really high hopes.
  3. Pat

    Ristela and High Blood Pressure
My blood pressure went up the first week of using Ristela. I stopped taking it and my blood pressure has been dropping. Not yet normal, but I contribute it to Ristela. I do not have much else to say.
  4. Stephanie

    Disappointed, did not work.
I tried this product for 2 months without any change at all. I took it as advised religiously. It was disappointing, I was really hoping there was finally something out there for women.
