    Lookout: Total Scam
    Everfirm (Youthfuleyesantiaging) and Fresh Look (Softandsmoothskincream) advertisement popped up. It stated free sample with $4.95 and $5.95 shipping and handling for 1/2 an OUNCE (.50 fl. oz) of each. When accepting terms on such offers one typically has a month to cancel. 14 DAYS later they charged me the FULL amount $89.95 and $87.35 respectively (with no new product). THEN THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER $89.95 and $87.35 21 DAYS LATER!!! I called, I was told the $89.95/$87.35 was for the small bottle sample that I previously got for free and that there’s nothing she can do. She also made it difficult to cancel; THIS IS A SCAM. They sent me no documentation in shipment and I received no e-mail with terms…If you follow the links on site, sometimes you go directly to other sites. The ad does not state: It MAY help hydrate (and that only takes water), MAY help nourish, MAY help revive. DON’T DO IT, you’ll be very sorry!!!

    DONT DO IT!! EverFirm Scam artists!!!
    They tell you it’s 4.99 for a 14-day trial (as if you would know if it works in the 7 days you actually have it in your possession). They also say that if you choose not to continue with the $89 monthly subscription that you have to return the unused portion in that 14 days BUT they do not provide you with an address ANYWHERE to return it, nor a phone number. Not on your receipt and not in the package it comes in. Canceling is a process with long wait times, an option to leave your number and place in line but they never actually call you back. I eventually had to dispute it through my bank. They are criminals…don’t do it!! Also, they only tell you the trial is for the face cream NOT the eye cream. I didn’t even want the face cream but they make the decline option so small that you miss it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Immortal, no conscious criminals.

    I ordered the free trial off of FB, also. Called to cancel future shipments, but they won’t take no for an answer. They billed me another $89.95. If I knew how to stop these people, I would!!!!

    USELESS PURCHASE
    This product was purchased from an advertisement on Facebook for $4.99 for a trial purchase. It was used as directed and I found that there was absolutely no change to my skin (for better or worse). I saw an $89 billing on my credit card statement approximately two weeks after I ordered the trial. I called within the next couple of days to check on this charge.

    I was informed that because I had called after the two weeks after ordering that they would not remove this charge.

    SO BUYERS BEWARE!
