At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor (wasn’t being a ‘Karen’ just fed UP with their TERRIBLE customer service. Apparently, that was somewhat effective – they refunded me about $25 and promised to cancel the subscription and send an email to that effect.
No LEGITIMATE business behaves this way, NONE. Be advised to steer clear of Leva Naturals (and probably any CBD company, as I’ve read numerous accounts almost identical to mine).
If you still want to try this (or any such) product then BE FOREWARNED to be crystal CLEAR that you only want to make a one-time purchase and do not want a subscription – otherwise, it seems, they’ll sign you up for whatever once they have your payment information.
Btw, this is the only site I found where I could leave a review – try searching ‘leva naturals reviews and complaints’ and you’ll find site after site controlled by THEM.
