About the Brand
The manufacturer VyvaMind supplement is SAP Nutrition Ltd, which, as we explained in our Nooceptin review, has their headquarters in London, England. This is a relatively new health and wellness company founded in September of 2021. They produce supplements which they manufacture in an FDA, GMP certified facility located in the USA.
How Does It Work?
VyvaMind contains the stimulant caffeine anhydrous, which increases energy levels, sharpens cognitive focus and alertness, and could improve athletic performance. Caffeine also speeds up the metabolism which could lead to fat burning and weight loss through thermogenesis.
A review published in Brain Research Reviews by A Nehlig and J L Daval, G Debry examined the biochemical, metabolic, and psychostimulant effects of caffeine [1].
The supplement contains amino acids and other ingredients which improve the synthesis of brain neurotransmitters like serotonin, GABA, dopamine, and acetylcholine. Serotonin boosts mood, and as we said in our review of Levium, GABA decreases anxiety by blocking key central nervous system signals.
Dopamine enhances mood and motivation, as well as cognitive functions like memory. Acetylcholine plays a major role in boosting learning, memory, and information processing, and increasing its levels may slow the progress of dementia.
A chapter in Identification of Neural Markers Accompanying Memory by Alfredo Meneses discussed the connection between several key neurotransmitters and memory [2].
The VyvaMind supplement also has the B Vitamins B6 and B12, and research shows they may help decrease stress levels and enhance cognition.
A review published in the Journal of Gerontology by Eva Calvaresi and Janet Bryan found that supplementation of B vitamins in older people may improve cognitive performance [3].
VyvaMind also has anti-inflammatory agents which decrease swelling in the body, and free radical-eliminating antioxidants that lower oxidative stress. This promotes repair, including to brain neurons, and it strengthens the immune system.
VyvaMind Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?
These are some of the primary active VyvaMind ingredients:
Citicoline
– This brain chemical occurs naturally in the brain, and it is the precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. It plays a very important role in memory, learning, and other cognitive functions.
Citicoline also increases levels of phosphatidylcholine in the brain, which is a chemical that contributes to improved neuron function and brain health.
A systematic review published in Nutrients by Patryk Jasielski, et al found support for the efficacy of citicoline in treating neurological disorders[4].
L-Tyrosine
– A study published in Psychological Research by Simone Kühn, et al looked at the impact of l-tyrosine supplementation on the cognition of younger and older adults through a questionnaire.
The amino acid phenylalanine contributes to the synthesis of the non-essential amino acids epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine, neurotransmitters that play a role in mood, motivation, and cognitive function. This connection between daily nutritional intake and cognitive performance has been established.[5] Our Bluebonnet Power Thought Reviews article thoroughly explores this component and highlighted its key features.
L-Theanine
– This amino acid is commonly found in green tea, and it boosts the synthesis of the brain chemicals serotonin, GABA, and dopamine. This may improve mood, sleep quality, and motivation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve cognitive performance as we documented in our review of Quantumind.
A randomized placebo-controlled study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food by Yoshitake Baba examined the impact of l–theanine on the cognition of middle aged and older adults.
They concluded that supplementation with l-theanine could improve working memory, attention, and executive functions [6].
VyvaMind Review – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
Q: Is VyvaMind Legit?
A: This product may not be widely available, but it is certainly legitimate. The manufacturer, SAP Nutrition Ltd, has a real headquarters in London, England.

Users should check with a physician before trying any new supplement, especially if you take medication or have a health condition.
Q: VyvaMind: Where to Buy? How Much is VyvaMind?
A: The only place you can purchase VyvaMind is on the official website at the moment, and the company says they have no plans to list it on other sites like Amazon, Walmart, or CVS. The VyvaMind price list is as follows:

Q: What Sets It Apart From the Competition?
A: In our analysis of the VyvaMind supplement, this product does not really stand out from other competing natural nootropic products on the market.

What Do the Reviews Say?
Our impression of VyvaMind is that it provides some mood and cognitive benefits, but there are likely more potent supplements available for a lower price.
The VyvaMind review feedback from customers varied, as some users agreed with us and others got great cognitive and mood benefits.
Most of the comments on the official site are very positive, but there’s no way to know if these are really verified purchasers. The were also a few stray VyvaMind Reddit reviews which varied, and gave little real information.
User Kwaku D on the offical site said he got a number of cognitive benefits from the VyvaMind supplement:
“I’ve been using VyvaMind for a few weeks now and love it. I’m a DJ and fitness trainer, so energy and clear focus is essential to my lifestyle. VyvaMind helps me stay locked in during my sets and group classes, despite many potential distractions.
Beforehand, there were many instances I can remember having low energy and brain fog and wondering if vitamin deficiency was the problem. I’ve seen much improvement since using the product. Thanks VyvaMind!”
On the negative side, a few people said that when comparing Vyvamind vs Adderall, it was clear that Adderall was much better. Some found the price of VyvaMind far too high for the formula they offer.
VyvaMind Review – Conclusion
In summary, our view of VyvaMind is that it’s a good quality but fairly mediocre nootropic supplement for the market. It promises to improve mood, decrease anxiety, and boost cognitive functions like memory, focus, learning, and information processing speed. While it may be effective, there are other ingredients that they could have included.
We didn’t find an abundance of VyvaMind reviews online, but there are customer comments on the official site, and some VyvaMind Reddit feedback. The reviews were fairly good in many cases, but varied from user to user. Some found it effective, and others got few benefits.
VyvaMind includes only natural ingredients, and is free of harmful additives or fillers. However, it does have caffeine and could lead to mild side effects. If you should experience uncomfortable symptoms, stop using the supplement. Prior to taking VyvaMind it’s important to see a physician for medical approval.
