Who Is The Manufacturer Of Sucontral D?

Sucontral D is distributed by a company called Terry Naturally Vitamins. The company is said to have been founded by a man named Terry Lemerond who still acts as the company’s president. While the company emphasizes premium, natural ingredients and adherence to strict manufacturing standards, some consumers may question whether the claims of safety, potency, and effectiveness fully meet their expectations.

Based in the United States, the brand promotes targeted health solutions but, like many in the supplement industry, its products are not FDA-approved, leaving room for skepticism about their actual impact.

Terry Naturally Vitamins state that they are dedicated to helping improve the health of Americans through high quality supplement products. They make a wide array of products including hair & skin, joint, animal health and digestive health supplements. Despite its innovative reputation, the lack of independent reviews may leave consumers wanting more transparency and validation.

How Does Sucontral D Work?

Sucontral® D is designed to support blood sugar balance and optimize A1C levels, but its effectiveness may vary. At its core is Hintonia latiflora, a botanical traditionally associated with blood sugar management, though more robust evidence may be needed to fully confirm its benefits.

The formula includes B vitamins (B1, B2, and B6) to support carbohydrate metabolism and energy production, but the impact on overall blood sugar control may depend on individual factors. Vitamins C and E, as antioxidants, and zinc, which supports enzyme activity, are included for a synergistic effect, though results may not be consistent across users.

While Sucontral® D combines natural ingredients with scientific intent, outcomes may depend on lifestyle, individual health conditions, and consistency in use.

Sucontral D Ingredients – Are They Safe & Effective?

The makers of Sucontral D claim that the ingredients have various health benefits so let’s take a detailed look at them:

Vitamin C

The form of vitamin C in the Sucontral D formula is ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is generally used to support immune health. However, some small studies seem to suggest that it can be helpful for blood sugar maintenance as well. An NPS report had this to say:

The study found that people with type 2 diabetes who took a vitamin C supplement for 4 months had lower post-meal blood sugar levels, compared with those taking a placebo for the same length of time[1].

Still, most of this data comes from small studies, so larger studies may be needed to confirm these effects. It can inhibit the formation of AGEs, thereby potentially reducing the risk of diabetic complications. Therefore, Vitamin C is commonly included in blood sugar supplements such as GlucoFreeze due to its potential benefits for blood sugar regulation and overall metabolic health.

Sucontral D Supplement Facts

Biotin

Biotin is a type of B vitamin that may have a beneficial impact on triglyceride levels, cholesterol and glucose levels. According to a PeaceHealth report, biotin may also be effective for managing the pain that is produced by diabetic nerve damage[2].

Vitamin E

Vitamin E’s key component, tocopherol, has been found to be deficient in diabetic patients. Tocopherol is an antioxidant that may play a role in breaking down fat lipids. While some studies suggest limited impact on insulin resistance, supplements that combine Vitamin E with other metabolic-supporting nutrients[3].

As also seen in our breakdown of the GlicoNix Review may offer broader benefits for blood sugar balance and oxidative stress reduction.

Riboflavin

Riboflavin is an essential vitamin as it plays a role in many bodily functions. And according to a Pubmed report:

Histological studies showed recovery in the liver and kidney tissue injury. Cellular DNA damage was also recovered. Therefore, it is suggested that supplementation with dietary riboflavin might help in the reduction of diabetic complications. A possible mechanism of action is also proposed[4].

So while riboflavin supplementation may help reduce the risk of diabetic complications, it remains to be seen as to whether or not it can help reduce the chance of becoming diabetic.

Chromium

Chromium is a micronutrient that may help to regulate blood sugar levels when the correct dosage is taken as we see in the following Pubmed report quote:

Chromium picolinate, specifically, has been shown to reduce insulin resistance and to help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. As also noted in the Sugar Defender Review, this mineral plays a key role in improving insulin sensitivity and supporting healthy metabolic function.

Dietary chromium is poorly absorbed. Chromium levels decrease with age. Supplements containing 200-1,000 mcg chromium as chromium picolinate a day have been found to improve blood glucose control[5].

Therefore, it should be noted that there are only 25 MCGs of chromium in the Sucontral D formula.

How To Use Sucontral D?

To get results with Sucontral® D, you’ll need to take 1 capsule twice daily. For those needing extra support, the dosage can be increased to 1 capsule three times daily, though this may not work for everyone. It’s recommended to take the capsules with meals to improve absorption and reduce the chance of digestive discomfort.

Do not exceed the suggested dosage unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional. Pregnant or nursing individuals should be cautious and consult their doctor beforehand.

Consistency is key, but remember that this product works best when paired with a balanced diet and regular exercise; it’s not a standalone solution.

Benefits Of Sucontral D

Some users may experience the following health benefits as a result of taking Sucontral D:

More Physical Energy – If Sucontral D can indeed make your insulin more efficient, then it could help convert glucose into usable energy for your body.

Better Athletic Performance – It is also stated that Sucontral D can lower your A1C which may help blood cells carry more oxygen to the muscles – possibly resulting in better athletic performance.

Moderate Weight Loss – Sucontral D may also help break down blood lipids, lower cholesterol and improve carbohydrate metabolism which may result in moderate weight loss.

Side Effects Of Sucontral D

Sucontral® D is generally well-tolerated by most individuals; however, like any supplement, minor side effects may occur. Some users have reported mild gastrointestinal discomfort, such as bloating or an upset stomach, particularly when first starting the supplement.

These effects typically subside as the body adjusts to the product. Additionally, hypersensitivity reactions are rare but possible due to individual differences in tolerance to certain ingredients.

It is always recommended to consult with a healthcare practitioner before starting any new supplement, especially for those with pre-existing conditions or those who are pregnant or nursing.

Safety Of Sucontral D

Sucontral® D is designed with safety in mind, making it suitable for everyday use. The formula is free from common allergens such as gluten, soy, dairy, yeast, wheat, sugar, and artificial additives, offering a natural option for users.

It includes clinically studied dosages of key ingredients to support effectiveness and safety. The product is manufactured under strict quality standards to ensure purity and consistency.

Individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision are advised to consult their healthcare provider before use to determine if the product is appropriate for their needs.

At the time of this writing, there was only one customer review available for Sucontral D. Here is what it says:

Amazing product for blood sugar support! Appears to have no serious side effects! Been on it for several months and have had great results for HbA1c support as well.

I tried Sucontral® D for a few months to manage my blood sugar naturally. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice significant changes, even with consistent use. It might work better for others, but it wasn’t effective for me. – Quinton B., Chicago, IL

I was excited to try Sucontral® D, but it caused stomach discomfort after a few days. I lowered the dose, but the issue persisted, so I had to stop. I wish there was a gentler formula. – Lorelei M., Austin, TX

I liked the natural ingredients and ease of use, but after a couple of months, I didn’t see improvements in my blood sugar or energy levels. It might work for others, but it didn’t meet my expectations. – Sterling V., Seattle, WA

Sucontral® D was easy to take, and I liked its natural ingredients. However, after two months, my blood sugar levels stayed the same, and I didn’t feel any noticeable benefits. It just didn’t work for me. – Marigold H., Denver, CO

I wanted Sucontral® D to work as a natural option for blood sugar management. After a few weeks, I didn’t see results, and the high price made it hard to continue. Sadly, it wasn’t the right fit for me. – Brielle K., Miami, FL

    Sucontral D Review – Conclusion

Sucontral D is a natural supplement that may make it easier for you to regulate your blood sugar levels. The formula may also work to lower triglyceride and cholesterol levels for improved cardiovascular support.

However, the high price point raises concerns about its accessibility and overall value, particularly for long-term use. While Sucontral® D may deliver benefits for some users, others might find the cost prohibitive, especially considering the availability of more affordable alternatives offering comparable results. Keep in mind though that there is only one Sucontral D review available at this time which makes it hard to get a full picture of what this supplement has to offer in terms of benefits or side effects.

It would be a good idea to compare Sucontral D with similar supplements before making a final choice. Exploring other options with similar ingredients or consulting a healthcare provider may be beneficial in determining the most effective and budget-friendly solution for blood sugar management.

Sucontral D didn’t move the needle on my blood sugar
I used Sucontral D, one capsule twice daily, for six weeks to stabilize my blood sugar. The capsules go down easily, but my glucose and A1C levels showed no real improvement. I didn’t notice any energy lift or weight loss either. At ~$41.95 for 60 capsules, it feels overpriced for negligible results. I’m skeptical and won’t buy again.
