Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum Overview

Most people want to look as young as they did during their 20’s but with aging comes a variety of things that happens to our skin. Age spots, sagging skin, wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles, and dull, lifeless skin are just a few of the things we have to deal with once we get older. Fortunately there are products available that help us look younger or at the very least, help get rid of some of the effects of aging.

Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum

What It Claims To Do?

Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum with Anogeissus claims to take just four weeks to visibly reduce lines and wrinkles up to 51% without irritation, surgery, or injections. It is claimed that skin will be firmer and more youthful looking with a lifted look. It is from the company, Origins which was formed in the 1980’s by a team of beauty chemists. They use the power of plants in all of their skin care and cosmetic products.

The cost for Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum with Anogeissus is around $75 for one ounce and can be found in a variety of places online. It can be found at a much lower price than what it costs on the official website. I found it for almost half the price at Amazon as opposed to Origins.

Active Ingredients

Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum with Anogeissus has an active ingredient of anogeissus which is used to penetrate the skin to block destructive enzymes that can weaken elasticity in the skin. It is claimed to work in the same areas that you traditionally find targeted by prescription medicines and laser treatments.

How Does It Work?

Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum with Anogeissus uses natural ingredients to help diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Anogeissus is a type of tree that grows in certain parts of the world such as Africa, South Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula. It is full of tannin, which works as an astrigent and helps precipitate proteins, alkaloids, and amino acids. Also includes jojoba esters, rose flower oil, bark extract, lavender oil, flower oil, and caffeine. These are the perfect way to get anti-aging benefits while still using a natural product that works as well as most synthetic or lab-created products. Origin uses earth-friendly practices, renewable resources, and wind energy as well as created the “Origins Plant a Tree” initiative program to help with reforestation on a global level.

How To Use?

To use the Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum with Anogeissus, you can simply apply it twice a day by rubbing the serum into your skin, focusing on problem areas. Most all of the ingredients are of a natural composition but discontinue use if you find your skin getting irritated. However, this serum specifically states zero irritation factor.

Disadvantages of Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Serum with Anogeissus

  • The cost may be a little much for the average consumer

With the natural composition of this serum plus the positive reviews, the conclusion is that this is an excellent product for anti-aging use. While the price is a little high for the average consumer, it can be found less expensive at certain websites such as and it is actually less expensive than many other luxury brands. It is important to note that all of Origins’ products are plant based, which gives them a unique edge over other brands. While these may not be proprietary ingredients, they are unique and organic, which many people like.

As we age the composition, texture and appearance of our skin changes. Signs of skin aging include wrinkles, fine lines, loss of moisture, uneven tone and dull, tired-looking skin. There are countless anti-wrinkle creams on the market promising to make skin look and feel younger. Many anti-wrinkle creams promise everything short of a facelift or to provide the much sought after "fountain of youth". In reality most are just moisturizers marketed as anti-aging products.

Below you’ll find some of the most effective wrinkle serum/cream formulations on the market today, in our opinion.

Origins Plantscription Anti Aging Eye Treatment
I was looking for an effective Anti-Aging Eye Treatment. I am 76 years of age with my skin surprisingly still quite firm. I tried Plantiscription Anti-Aging Eye Treatment, but noticed a slight irritation, as well as the skin around my eyes, were swollen. I have decided to discontinue using this cream which is unfortunate. It was quite expensive. I will have to try something else. What a pity!
