How Does It Work?

During and post-menopause, the estrogen levels tend to drop down in a woman’s body triggering uncomfortable symptoms such as mood changes, hot flashes, and reduced bone density resulting in bone health issues and night sweats as well.

i-cool menopause supplement is enriched with the natural genistein, which stabilizes the reduced estrogen levels in the body and relieves these menopausal symptoms. The efficacy of natural genistein has long been proven clinically to alleviate menopausal symptoms in women and in preserving the strength and composition of the bone mineral.

What Do the Reviews Say?

This stuff worked great for me

I- cool is the only product that reduced my hot flashes. A friend recommended it. I took it about 30 minutes before going to bed because my hot flashes were the worst at night (i.e. night sweats). After about a week of taking it, I noticed that my sleep wasn’t interrupted as much by my night sweats and hot flashes. I never took this during the day because my hot flashes were not too bad during the day. ~ Elgin

i-cool Review – Final Verdict

Hot flashes, night sweats, and other symptoms of menopause although not dangerous, can be extremely uncomfortable. Good thing there are supplements like i-Cool that offer an excellent solution, managing those symptoms and making you feel more comfortable somehow.

This all natural menopause supplement, aside from relieving menopause symptoms, also helps promote heart health. But as with any other dietary supplement, the results could vary among individuals.

If it doesn’t give you the results you expect, we suggest looking for alternatives like the ones suggested below. Take note that before starting any dietary supplements or solutions for your health issues, consultation and approval of your trusted physician are always recommended.

Fortunately, natural therapies for menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, and mood swings are available. Since many women experience weight gain during menopause, many natural menopause supplements contain herbs and botanicals that support a healthy metabolism. Menopause supplements should be evaluated on proven ingredients, ability to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, ability to provide hormonal balance and boost libido and its overall value.

Below you'll find some of the most effective menopause supplements on the market today, in our opinion.

    BEST PRODUCT EVER!
I have been using this since they first put it on the market! It’s the only product for menopause that doesn’t contain soy, which I am highly allergic to. This works in a few days, if you take it at the same time every morning your hot flashes are a thing of the past! No irritability, no side effects, no nothing but results! It’s out of stock everywhere and the only place I can find it is Amazon from a seller that is price gouging @ 50 dollars a box. Ebay is also selling for 45 dollars a box. I Cool is usually priced between 14 and 17 dollars a box.
