  1. Cindy Farrar

I will never buy any of their product again
I purchased their system and used it multiple times because I kept losing twice the amount of hair, and it got to the point where a hair clip wouldn’t stay in. I tried several times and experienced excessive hair loss each time. I paid over $17 to return the product under their guarantee, and 51 days after they received it back, I have heard nothing and received no refund at all. The bottles were like half full or even more. I called and left 6 messages, but still, there has been no response.

  2. Alexandra Davis

    Did'nt see any improvement
I have been using Ovation Cell Therapy products like shampoo, cell therapy, and conditioner for over 1 month and haven’t really noticed any significant improvements as they claimed on their official website. It is not worth the price. I feel as though it kind of made my scalp dry because I suddenly had dandruff just after I got out of the shower.
