How Does Lipo-Flavonid Work?

Lipo-Flavonoid Plus Ear Health Supplement uses a multi-faceted approach to improve inner ear health. It focuses on enhancing blood flow in the inner ear, which is crucial for maintaining ear function and health[1]. Improved blood circulation in the inner ear helps in nutrient and oxygen delivery, potentially reducing symptoms like ear ringing associated with tinnitus and Meniere’s syndrome[2].

Certain nutrients are known to affect ear health positively. For instance, bioflavonoids and vitamins have been linked to better ear health by supporting circulation and cellular health in the ear. Lipo-Flavonoid Plus contains these key nutrients, including lemon bioflavonoids and a range of B vitamins, which are believed to contribute to the health and functionality of the inner ear.

Lipo-Flavonoid Plus Ear Health Supplement Key Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

Lipo-Flavonoid Plus Ear Health Supplement combines key ingredients known for their potential benefits in promoting ear health. Here are some of these ingredients, their sources, and how they contribute to the supplement’s effectiveness:

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Vitamin C is commonly found in citrus fruits like oranges and lemons. Research published in antioxidants suggests that vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, protecting the delicate structures of the ear from oxidative stress[3]. As documented in our Vitamin C review it may also support the immune system, which is crucial for maintaining ear health in individuals with diabetes.

Dr. Alan Green, a professor of audiology at Springfield University, mentions:

Vitamin C’s strong antioxidant properties may protect the delicate structures of the inner ear from oxidative stress and age-related wear.

Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine Mononitrate)

Thiamine, or Vitamin B-1, is naturally present in foods like whole grains, beans, and nuts. According to research published in BioMed Research International, Thiamine is important for nerve health, potentially playing a role in nerve function within the ear. This can benefit individuals with diabetes at risk of nerve-related ear issues[4].

Dr. Sarah Lopez, a neurotologist, comments:

Vitamin B1 is crucial for nerve health, including the auditory nerve, which is essential for transmitting sound signals to the brain.

Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin)

Riboflavin is found in dairy products, lean meats, and green leafy vegetables. Research published in Health Information shows that riboflavin contributes to overall cellular health, indirectly supporting ear health by ensuring proper cellular function within the ear structures. It is an essential nutrient that plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, including energy production and the metabolism of fats, drugs, and steroids. In our Clear Sound 911 review article, we mention this ingredient, which is formulated to address the root causes of hearing decline and tinnitus.[5]

According to Dr. Mark Benson, a researcher in otolaryngology, Riboflavin aids in maintaining the health of mucous membranes in the ear, which is vital for normal hearing function.

Niacin (Niacinamide)

Niacin is present in various foods, including meat, fish, and grains. Research published in Nutrient shows that niacin plays a role in blood circulation and is essential for delivering nutrients to ear tissues[6].

As documented in our 10 Best Tinnitus Supplements Of 2024 that work for ear ringing relief support reviews, improved blood flow can aid in maintaining ear health, especially in individuals with diabetes who may have circulation issues.

Dr. Omar Patel, a specialist in inner ear disorders, remarks,

Niacin helps improve blood flow, which could potentially benefit the microcirculation within the inner ear, supporting overall ear health.

Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine HCl)

Vitamin B-6 is found in foods like poultry, fish, and bananas. Additionally, it is a key ingredient in the Zeneara supplement, where it may contribute to enhancing ear function.

Research published in CNS Neuroscience and Therapeutics shows that pyridoxine supports nerve function and may contribute to maintaining healthy nerves in the ear, potentially benefiting those with diabetes-related ear concerns[7].

Dr. Laura Kim, a dietitian specializing in ear health, notes:

Adequate levels of Vitamin B6 are important for the overall health of the auditory system, as it plays a role in nerve transmission.

Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Vitamin B-12 is primarily found in animal products like meat, fish, and dairy. Based on research published on Mount Sinai, cyanocobalamin plays a role in nerve health. It may help preserve the integrity of the nerves in the ear, which is crucial for individuals with diabetes[8].

Dr. Rachel Nguyen, a leading audiologist, says,

Vitamin B-12 is essential for nerve health and may help maintain the proper functioning of the auditory nerve, which is vital for hearing.

Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate)

Pantothenic acid is present in many foods, including meat, whole grains, and vegetables. Research published in LibreTexts MEDICINE shows that pantothenic acid contributes to cellular energy production, supporting the metabolic needs of ear tissues, which is particularly important for individuals with diabetes[9].

Dr. Hannah Lee, a nutritionist focusing on sensory health, suggests,

Pantothenic acid plays a role in the metabolism of energy, which is crucial for maintaining the health and function of the auditory system.

Calcium (Dicalcium Phosphate)

Calcium is abundant in dairy products, leafy greens, and fortified foods. Research published in StatPearls shows that calcium is essential for muscle and nerve function, including the tiny muscles within the ear involved in hearing. Ensuring adequate calcium levels can contribute to overall ear health[10].

Dr. Keith Franklin, an ENT surgeon, notes,

Calcium is vital for nerve transmission and muscle function, which includes the tiny muscles in the ear that are essential for proper hearing.

Exclusive Tisina Complex (Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, High Potency Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex)

The Tisina Complex is a unique blend of choline, inositol, and lemon bioflavonoids. According to research published in Nutrients, this exclusive complex may offer a combination of antioxidant support and nerve health, making it valuable for individuals with diabetes seeking to maintain their ear health[11].

Dr. Alice Martin, a researcher in otoneurology, states,

The Tisina Complex, with its combination of choline, inositol, and lemon bioflavonoids, could synergistically support nerve function and circulation in the ear, potentially benefiting conditions like tinnitus and age-related hearing loss.

Here are some of the testimonials from individuals who purchased Lipo-Flavonoid Plus Ear Health Supplement on Amazon:

Doesn’t work for everyone or all the time, but My ringing is MUCH improved

There are days now, blessedly, when the ringing stops completely. The majority of the rest of the time, it’s much milder than it used to be. A word of advice, though: If, when you first start using them at 6 per day, the ringing goes away completely, do NOT make the mistake of stopping taking them completely, or it will return! Rather, go down to the maintenance level of 3 per day.

This product did not help my tinnitus whatsoever

After using the product for a full month as directed, there was no noticeable improvement. Don’t waste your money with this product.

Healing of ringing in my ear

The only reason as of right now, I’m giving this a 2 star is because I started taking these for ringing in my left ear & my dr. suggested I take them for 90 days to see if it makes a difference. She told me that this vitamin works 50% of the time. For some patients it works, for others, it does not. I have consistently taken it for close to 2 months now. I will write another review once the time suggested by my dr. expires.
As for the co. it came from, it did come in good time, it is the product I ordered, so to that extent, they are reliable.

The Lipo-Flavonoid Plus Ear Health Supplement is priced at $38.32. This price is for a package, and when broken down to a per-caplet cost, it amounts to $0.26 per caplet.

However, its effectiveness can vary among individuals. Priced reasonably, it’s an accessible choice for many, but the necessity of consistent, long-term use should be considered.

While Lipo-Flavonoid Plus might benefit some, you may need to weigh its potential against other available alternatives and consult healthcare professionals before making a decision. If you’re interested in considering different choices, then look into VertiGone, a supplement designed to promote inner ear balance.
