A: "The Nushape Lipo Wrap is a non-invasive body contouring device that uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to heat the body's fat cells. The heat causes the fat cells to shrink and die, and they are then eliminated by the body's lymphatic system. The Nushape Lipo Wrap manufacturer recommends exercising for at least 30 minutes after each 20-minute session. This is because exercise helps to increase the body's metabolism and lymphatic drainage, which can help to remove the dead fat cells more quickly. If you are doing all three sessions at one time, you should wait at least 15 minutes between each session to allow the product to cool down. This is because the RF energy can heat the skin up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and it is important to avoid burning the skin. You can either exercise between each session or wait and do it after the three sessions are completed.
