Their main page talks about how easy it is to get a refund if you are not satisfied with the results, which is what I feel about the product after trying it for two weeks and see no effect. So I was confident that I’ll is able to get my money back easily as how they describe it on their website. And then I found out through email that I have to send it back first before I can get the refund. I replied back asking for the address details so I can ship it and found out that it will be in Slovakia Europe. That alone raised a flag to me as im pretty sure the item wasnt shipped from there. And then I tried to get an estimate on how much it will cost to send it back, and I was stunned that the cost doesn’t justify the refund and so I went back to their sales director and he was offering me 70% refund and I don’t have to ship it back. That was 22 dollars less refund for me.
So before you decide to try this, make sure you are ready to lose that 22 in case it doesn’t work for you.
