She attended Stanford University, Yale Medical School, and the NYU Psychiatry Residency Training Program. Having traveled, lived and worked in over 50 countries, Dr. Yusim studied Kabbalah, learned Buddhist meditation, and worked with South American shamans and Indian gurus.
