With over twelve years' experience in the mental health field, Brandi has a deep understanding and compassion for human suffering. Over the past six years, Brandi has had extensive training in both movement and mindfulness meditation practices, which she believes it at the heart of healing.

She is qualified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, specialized in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the University of Massachusetts, Medical School, and Centre for Mindfulness, as well as a certified Yoga Teacher, specialized in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Resilience.
