It is also important to eat snacks immediately after work out so you can replenish the lost tissues. Failing to do this may significantly reduce your muscle mass.

When you’re committed, you will pursue your goals no matter how hard they may seem to be. It’s all a matter of mind, there is always time for things if you make them a priority.

7. You’re Over Training

It can also be that you’re spending too much time on the gym. It is important to stick to your fitness goals but you don’t have to hit your body so hard that you might overdo your training. Some bodybuilders suffer for a week because of overtraining. To build muscles you have to understand the whole process, eat right and stay motivated.
