What are Wrinkles?

Facial yoga can help you get rid of wrinkles. The first facial exercise you can try is called the Owl. Use your fingers to make two C shapes around your eyes. Relax your forehead and open your eyes wide. Repeat this exercise three times and hold for ten seconds. Next, make the V. To make the V, make the V sign by putting your fingers on each side of each eye. Create a powerful squint. Relax. Repeat six times. To finish, squeeze your eyes shut for ten seconds and then relax.
To do Circle the Eyes exercise, place your index fingers at the edge of your eyebrows. Gently tap around the eyes, following the arch of your eyebrows and continuing underneath the eyes. Repeat going in the opposite direction. Stroke outwards underneath the eyes from the nose. Do this four times. The final facial exercise is called the Puffer Fish. Puff out your cheeks, making your mouth as small as possible. Tap cheeks gently for 30 seconds.

Preventing Facial Wrinkles
The first rule of prevention is protection. Protect* your skin from the rays of the sun by wearing appropriate clothing and using sunscreen. Avoid becoming vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D is absorbed through the skin from the sun. Be sure to take vitamin D supplements to avoid becoming deficient.
Sleep on your back to help prevent lines from forming in your face. Temporary sleep lines can eventually turn into permanent wrinkles. Avoid smoking or being around smoking. Heavy smokers are five times more likely to develop deep wrinkles at an early age than non-smokers. Smoking damages the collagen.
Keep your facial expressions under control*. When you make different facial expressions, your skin naturally creases. Repeatedly making the same facial expressions can cause permanent wrinkles.

There are many factors to consider when choosing the best product. The first thing to consider is your skin type.
