What is Golo Release?

Golo Release is dietary supplements that come in vegetarian capsule form. They accompany the Golo for Life meal plan developed to specifically manage insulin levels in the user to possibly promote weight loss.

Medical News Today describes insulin as a hormone that allows glucose in the blood to enter cells in order to provide them with the energy needed to function.

Insulin directly affects metabolism and weight gain, and its performance may be affected by unbalanced diets that increase glucose levels which, in turn, spike insulin levels and cause glucose to be stored as fat.

According to the manufacturer, the Golo Release supplements were developed by a team of doctors, nutritionists, and pharmacists who focus on the problems with weight gain due to what is known as “Insulin Resistance.”

Insulin resistance can lead to weight gain or, more dangerously, prediabetes if the blood’s glucose levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes.

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, which is under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, explains insulin resistance as happening when cells in the muscles, fat, and liver do not respond well to insulin and cannot take up glucose from the blood as easily as it should. The result of this issue is the pancreas making more insulin to help glucose better enter the cells.

Golo Release - Is It Worth The Price
Just finished ordering 3 bottles of GoLo. It was very hard. The screen would go blank then cut out altogether, then I had to re-input information 2 more times, till I finally go it completed. Would like a confirmation number that all I ordered were 3 bottles of GoLo and no more than that for $107 and some cents. Thank you. Ms. Mary Ann Powell

    Great Product! I recommend it!
I started taking Golo Release for Probiotics, and I noticed it also had some appetite suppression ingredient also. I’ve been taking it for less than a month, so I don’t feel I have enough time on it to give a good review. However, I like this product because it combined several minerals and probiotics together into 1 pill, which means I can take about 3 less pills a day now. Also, I like the appetite suppressant; it seems to work well for me, although I haven’t lost any weight yet. I’d like to come back and write another review after another month of taking Golo Release, but so far I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to others!

    Best I've Felt in YEARS!
I’ve been using GoLo Release for about 30 days. I take one with each meal and a high-carb snack. I’ve only lost about 2 lb. I eat healthy meals, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, and do my best not to snack in the evening. I exercise lightly (yoga and walking) 3-5 times per week. As a weight loss supplement, I don’t think it is making any difference at all. The real game-changer is that ever since taking the supplement, I feel fabulous!! It has been amazing! I am 54 years old and I would say that I have not felt this good in over 10 years. Honestly, I would be willing to stay on this stuff forever just for how great I feel. My daily mood is noticeably improved, but most prevalent is just a general sense of wellness. I no longer suffer from low-blood sugar food cravings. Love it!! But I may look for a similar product that is not as expensive and see if I can get similar results.

Best program I have ever used. Real life changer
I have used GOLO for over a year. I have lost 75 lbs and my wife 55lbs. This has been a total life change. We prepare all our meals and eat out once a week. Exercise by swimming 3x per week (Wife) and I walk 1.5 miles per day. All I can say if you follow their recommendations and recipes IT WORKS.

You have to make some change to see results
To think that you can eat an unhealthy diet and never exercise while taking the supplements and see results is ignorant. You are doing the same negative habits that cause you to become insulin resistant in the first place! Yes, the pills work but it has to work alongside a balanced diet at the least. If not you are going against what your own body needs and the pills will not work. They never claimed to work if you don’t follow the plan. You can eat everything including carbs on the plan (2 proteins, 1-2 veggies, 1 carb, 1 fat at each meal and don’t skip meals). So it should not be hard. I’m in the FB group and people are seeing results with just diet change and no exercise. People have lost 6-10 pounds in the first 2 weeks!

I've been using golo release for 40 day now!
So I’ve been using the golo release pills for 40 days now and I have not lost even a single pound. Please let me explain how golo works, when you get the box of release pills there is a 16+ page book they want you to read which in short says to change your diet and start exercising. If you go to the golo website they tell you, change your diet and start exercising.

I have not changed my diet, which I admit isn’t a healthy one and due to being 100% disabled rated by the Veterans Administration, I cannot do vigorous exercises or walk/run for any useful distance. So if golo truly worked, after 40 days not changing my diet and not exercising, I should have lost at MINIMUM 1-5 pounds.

I mean golo touts that you can lose 20+ pounds in your first month. so if they tout that, I don’t think 1-5 pounds from doing what I’ve always done is too much of an expectation. In short, save the $100 cost, change your diet habits and start exercising more. Thank you for reading my review.
