When you go to Gainful’s website the first thing you have to do is take a short online quiz. You’ll start by answering your gender, height, weight, goal weight, exercise frequency and favorite type of exercise. It then asks you why you want to take the protein powder and what your goals are.

It will then give you information about the ingredients nutrition facts and infomation about your personal blend including ingredients and nutrition facts. They re-interate that the powder comes unflavored and you’ll have to select a “flavor stick” if you want your personal supplement to be flavored. Flavors you can choose from are chocolate fudge, cookies & cream, French vanilla, strawberry milkshake, peanut butter cup, and coffee mocha.

    Uses Natural Ingredients!!!
    This company aims to use all-natural, healthy ingredients to satisfy all of our bodies’ nutritional needs. but it hasn’t worked yet. It’s been almost 3 months since I started taking Gainful Protein Powder.
