Try not to stay and explore the pain. Not to escape, suppress the emotion just listen and go through it. Once you experience the pain, face, embrace and learn to love it.

It will become pleasure. Actively listening to your body will increase your awareness of yourself, the world and become more sensitive, sensual and humble towards your own and others needs.

Reaching this conscious state will help you live in the present, instead of the future or the past. Once you become present and aware of your body’s reaction, wants, passions you will understand your needs.

Your energetic vibration will increase, and you will feel more alive, enlightenment with yourself and the world. You will start to vibrate in a much higher state, the state of love. We only can attract energies that we already have.

The awakening of your senses will help you connect in a much deeper and more intimate level.

1. Slow Down

Now you are safe. You can relax and let go all the worries and anxiety of the day. No need to rush, anywhere or to do anything. No need to think at all. Just sit here and slow down your mind.

Sit and turn to your partner. Make an eye-contact with them. Gaze into their eyes. Open your soul to their presence. Start to feel their energetic body. Their vibration and presence being here with you right now.

2. Breath Deeply

Take a deep breath through your nose. Hold it in for a second then press the air out through your mouth. Make a sound of an: “Ahh.”

The sound of “Ahhh” in tantric rituals the sound of a heart opening. This will help you arrive at the present moment and open your heart.

Sit down (with your partner) facing each other and take ten deep breathing as described earlier. If any unwanted thoughts come, just notice them. Don’t judge them, just let them go as they arrived. Focus on your breathing. Continue until you feel present and totally relaxed.
