FAQs

A: Prostate Health Formula is safe to use and the only negative thing about its ingredients is that the high quantities of zinc aren’t recommended in a supplement, it’s much better to eat zinc-rich food such as seafood, beef, spinach, or pumpkin.

Saw palmetto, lycopene, and nettle root are safe to use, even in long treatments; the reduction they make of the prostate is noticeable.

Q: What Are The Guidelines of Prostate Health Formula?

A:

  • Take one capsule twice a day with meals
  • It must be used only by adults
  • Like many supplements, the bottle has a content worth of a month and the dose must not be exceeded
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet
  • Consult your doctor before use and ensure your condition has been diagnosed as benign prostatic enlargement.
  • Consult your doctor about the possible contraindications this supplement may have with different kinds of medication that you might be taking

Q: What Are The Side Effects of Prostate Health Formula?

A:

  • Selenium is toxic in high doses. Selenium in dietary supplements should not exceed a daily dose of 150 µg.

Final Verdict

Even though it shouldn’t be bad if the dose is not exceeded, and be used in short periods of time, it just doesn’t seem to be worth it; it makes much more sense to look for a different supplement with a more efficient and safer formula.

Is better to ask your doctor to help you choose one that is better for your own needs and is safe for you, also remember to tell your doctor if you are taking other kinds of medicine since they could react badly with the different kinds of supplements.

The pills are too big for me.
I tried multiple times this Prostate Health Formula, but the pills are way too big for me to swallow. I’m sure it’s probably
a great product that is effective. Wish I was able to try them. I will hunt for something that has a smaller pill version.
