    I don't recommend this product unless you want to feel very weird post workout!
    I took 3 sips of the apple flavor Post JYM and suddenly felt very odd. It’s as if my head because fuzzy and I became weak. I used to take beta-alanine regularly, so that wasn’t it. Maybe it was the combo of all the ingredients? But I felt like I was going to lose my balance. Just not a good feeling overall, very hard to explain. I really wish some of these pre and post-workout powders didn’t have to be so extreme!!! Guess I’ll stick to the good old-fashioned protein shake.

    Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
    Product gets three stars for working on the recovery aspect, but loses stars for the nausea it causes and the fact that you won’t be able to keep food in your system for more than hour with this stuff in your system. The nausea would hit me about a half hour after taking it. It would last a few hours, giving me a blurry headache and that constant feeling of needing to throw up. Couldn’t eat anything and could barely consume water without my system wanting to reject it.
