    Nutra Complete Dog Food
I started my one-year-old recuse dog on Nutra Complete. He used to be a fussy eater not liking several brands of quality dog food that included bits of Raw Freeze-dried food both Chicken and Beef. He also had stomach issues which required a trip and a stay at the Vet. My dog loves Nutra Complete. He cannot get enough of it licking his bowl and returning to it praying that we added a few more kibbles to it. I do add warm water to make it a hot meal most of the time. His stomach challenges are under control. It is expensive but it is worth it if you can afford it. I usually buy a box of 12 bags. He is only 33 pounds and goes through approximately a bag and a half per week. He is one happy boy.

    No more red eyes
My white dogs always have red fluid from their eyes that stain their faces. My vet said this was often related to digestive problems and prescribed an expensive medication. It helped, but I could not afford it on a regular basis. I bought Nutra Complete and put a handful on top of their regular foods. Amazingly, the red discharge stopped almost immediately. My Miki had always free-fed whatever food I was using but was really indifferent to food. Now he is spoiled. He loves the Nutra complete. I use a piece at a time as training treats. I thought the coats they had were luxurious, but coats are even thicker and prettier now. I don’t mix it with water.

Nutra Complete Ques and Ans

  • Q: How much is in a bag. I have 3 larger dogs 45lbs to 90lbs. How much of this will I need a week?

A: The 8-pound bag contains approximately 40 cups of food. The dosage recommendations of Nutra Thrive depend on the size of your dog and range between a scoop a day and two scoops a day. Many dog owners prefer supplements in powdered form like this as it is extremely easy to blend them with existing food and minimize disruption or change in a dog's diet.

  • Q: What would it cost a month to feed our 80-lb Labrador mix and our 25-lb terrier mix? Our lab gets 2 cups of food twice a day, and our terrier gets 1/2 cup twice a day, so 5 cups per day. I'd love to get better food for them, but I don't know if I can afford it.

A: It will cost approximately $20 to $60 per month ($250 to $700 per year). According to feeding guidelines, Serving sizes are determined purely on a dog's weight. For example, a dog weighing will require 2/3 of a cup, whereas a dog weighing less than 90 lbs will require 2 and 2/3 cups and 4½ cups, respectively.
