Dr. Rubina Tahir is the CEO of Rubina Tahir Chiropractic, LLC, a Philadelphia-based company.

Dr. Rubina earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology (2002) from The University of Western Ontario, her Medical Acupuncture Certificate from McMaster University (2012) and her Doctorate of Chiropractic (2005) from New York Chiropractic College. After graduation from chiropractic school, Dr. Rubina practiced in both Canada and the United States of America. This international experience, personal experience, as well as the many life lessons imparted by the thousands of patients served, Dr. Rubina is a leader in the health and wellness industry.

In 2013, Dr. Rubina collaborated with other Chiropractic professionals to co-author a book titled: The Art of Being Healthy, Wellness concepts from the pros. With the cost of health care rising to astronomical figures, more people are looking for answers. This book provides those answers; expert information by recognized health experts.

Dr. Rubina uses a variety of chiropractic manual adjusting techniques in conjunction with specific muscle release therapies, healthy eating advice, exercise, ergonomic assessments, posture retraining, and physical therapy modalities to assist patients in achieving their maximal health potential.

Dr. Rubina’s passion is educating others through writing and she is currently the health columnist for Philly Man and Jersey Man Magazine. She is featured in the October 2014 issue of Reader’s Digest Canada, where she provides expertise on fixing poor posture. On August 7th, 2013 she was the keynote speaker at the International Association of Administrative Professionals Toronto chapter meeting discussing ergonomics in the workplace. On Nov. 6th, 2013 Dr. Tahir appeared on Daytime Toronto to discuss her contribution as an author of the book: The ART of Being Healthy, Wellness Concepts from the Pros. Dr. Tahir continues to remain actively involved in community health talks.
