  • Can reduce the symptoms associated with estrogen dominance
  • Best choice for dealing with menopausal symptoms
  • Each press of the pump delivers 20 mg of progesterone so that you do not have to guess how much should be applied

How Does It Work?

The cream works by delivering natural progesterone to the body, through the skin barrier. As the progesterone is identical to the ones produced by the body, the cream works to reduce estrogen dominance and help with menopausal symptoms.

Its active ingredients have a general calming effect, preventing mood swings and normalizing sleeping patterns. It can work to increase sex drive, stimulate the burning of fat for energy and regulate the fluid balance within the body. The cream can also stabilize blood sugar and ensure proper mineral balance.

Progesta-Care Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

Progesta-Care contains a number of active ingredients, which are highly beneficial for women who suffer from progesterone insufficiency.

A key ingredient of this menopause supplement is natural progesterone, which is 100% similar to the one produced at the level of the body. The cream does not contain synthetic hormones or harmful chemicals, so you can use it with confidence.

    Grape seed extract

Studies claims that grape seed proanthocyanidin extract is efficient at reducing both the physical and emotional signs of menopause[1].

    Vitamin E

    – Women are resorting to vitamins and other over-the-counter remedies in place of hormone treatment to treat hot flashes. A study was conducted to see how vitamin E affected hot flashes[2].

    Shea butter

    – Shea butter is the main component for lubricating and moisturizing the vaginal area.

    Aloe vera gel

    – Aloe vera gel also known as Aloe Barbadensis has been proven in studies to have the capacity to revitalize the body, possibly reducing menopausal symptoms[3].

It is a commonly used ingredient in skincare products due to its soothing, hydrating, and anti-inflammatory properties when applied to the skin. In skincare products like Wellsprings Serenity Natural Progesterone Cream, this ingredient could be used to provide relief for dry, irritated, or sensitive skin, which can sometimes be concerns during menopause due to hormonal changes.

What Do the Reviews Say?

Good and affordable

Progesta-Care was recommended by my doctor after I was diagnosed with some hormonal issues after having a baby. It’s simple to use, and pretty affordable. It seems to be making a difference with my hormones. My only complaint is how greasy it feels! It suggests the inner arms as a place to use the lotion but the amount is too much to use on my arms so I have to do the abdomen/legs. ~ Luane W. Wise

    Progesta-Care Review
I have been using Progesta-Care since I was 50. I am now 83 and I am still using it. I can’t find out any information as to when it becomes unnecessary. All I know is that years ago I listened to Dr. Lee’s tape re this product and I was sold. I highly recommend it. Everyone is different, but in my case, I do believe it has helped me from aging quickly and many think I am in my 60s. I use the treadmill every day, eat organic, cut my own grass and do yard work, and use Progesta-Care.
