  1. Mostly Good with side effects
I started Estroven 45 days ago. The night sweats and hot flashes disappeared immediately. I am sleeping great again. I do wake up refreshed and am less tired throughout the day. My face has stopped breaking out and my skin is softer and more supple. My hair has stopped thinning a bit. My breasts are larger yet very painful. My lower back is cramping similar to having a period. I’m definitely less irritable and feel less stressed. I have gained about 8 pounds and it has all settled in the lower part of my body. I don’t like the physical changes nearly as much as my husband. He loves my new curves. I will continue with Estroven and hope the breast and back pain subside.

  2. Helped with some of the symptoms but not all
I was excited to try out Estroven after positive testimonies from my fellow ladies at our club. I hoped it would help me with the night sweats and hot flashes I was experiencing on a regular basis. After a few weeks, my night sweats were no more, and I could sleep well at night, but unfortunately, it didn’t help with the hot flashes. Still, I will purchase Estroven again based on reducing my night sweats until I find another supplement which can help with all of them at once. I will recommend Estroven to anyone looking for a supplement to help out with night sweats.

  3. Improvement in frequency of hot flashes
This product appears to be helping me a bit when it comes to how often experience hot flashes since I feel like if I haven’t been struggling with them as often since it started using it. I have also been using additional soy isoflavones as recommended by my daughter who is a nurse, so maybe that could be the reason too. However, I will purchase this again since it doesn’t seem to be doing any harm, and even if the effect is in my mind I do feel a little confident while using it. If you have the money to spare and feel helpless, give it a try it might work to stop.

  4. Wanted my symptoms to get better
I have a lot of symptoms from menopause, but the night sweats and hot flashes are the worst. I hoped Estroven would do something for me, but it has done nothing. My symptoms have actually gotten worse. I don’t think I will be buying it again. I don’t recommend it.

  5. The hot flashes…
I started going through menopause about five years ago. It just seems to go on forever. The hot flashes bother me the most out of all the symptoms I experience. My hope was that Estroven could help with those symptoms. It has helped some friends of mine. For me, it hasn’t done a whole lot yet. I’m told to continue to take it, so that is what I’m doing.

  6. I Wish There Was Only One, But It Does Work For It’s Stated Use
I’ve been looking for something to help with all my menopause symptoms, from the hot flashes, to the night sweats and weight gain, and the irritability, everything. I like to have something that is all in one. Unfortunately, Estroven is not that product. However, I will not downplay its amazingness for the things that they do have. The worst for me were the hot flashes and the night sweats. I can deal with the others by increasing my workouts and the yoga for my moods. However, I couldn’t handle the sweating. It was embarrassing and was keeping me up. So I tried it for that reason and it worked. I was able to finally sleep without waking up in a pool and I could sit in an office with my sweater and not feel like I was going to die from overheating. So I would recommend it if you have a specific problem but if you want an all around product, there are probably others that can help with all of them at once.

  7. What a waste of money!!!
I have heard a lot of people talk about how they got relief after using Estroven. It has good things like vitamins and comes in different types. I do not like how there are no studies where I can read about the effectiveness and things like that. When I took it, I still saw mood swings, hot flashes, and general memory problems. Maybe I didn’t take it for a long enough time to see big changes, but I was looking for something that would help me quickly and efficiently. I would suggest that you look elsewhere unless you like wasting money.

Has really made a difference to my Life
I am 62 years old and very menopausal my symptoms were hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, mood swings, irritability and no energy, I have been taken Estroven for about 2 months now and have really noticed the hot flashes has become less frequent i have less night sweats, i am not as irritated as i use to be and my anxiety level is better, My energy is still a little slow but that could be because of some of the other health problems i have, Overall i am very pleased with this product and i have shared it with all of my women friends and my Sisters, They all love it too.

  9. I was tired of my moods
After six months of dealing with up and down moods, I decided I needed to try something that could help. I think my husband was tired of it too! I tried Estroven and I’ve been quite impressed with how well it works. I feel very upbeat most of the time. I would recommend this other woman.

  10. Hasn’t helped my symptoms
Estroven has done nothing to help me with my menopause symptoms and is actually appeared to make it more difficult for me to get to sleep. While using the supplement I was still experiencing frequent hot flashes, excessive sweating and mood swings. I had used red clover extract in the past and it worked well for me, so naturally, I thought this would be an upgrade. If you haven’t purchased yet and are contemplating it, don’t commit to buying it. I would recommend soy isoflavones, black cohosh or red clover extract as those are very affordable and have the most research done on them.
