Allicin obtained from garlic is an organosulfur compound that not only increases sperm count but improves blood flow to your genitals. A good supply of blood to your reproductive organs ensures that plenty of healthy sperms are continually produced. You can choose to add garlic in your favorite meals or beat the odds by adding a clove or two of raw garlic in your morning servings.
