This ensures that all organs in the body are well circulated with blood. When there is good supply of blood to the penis, there is improved sexual function and this helps in the prevention of ED.

  • There are several sources of coffee and they include cocoa beans that contain natural caffeine. This can be found in candy bars or dark chocolate.
  • Some of the flavored yogurts also contain the chocolate and some of the ice creams that are flavored with coffee.
  • The non- cola sodas also contain some amount of caffeine.12 ounces of soda contains 23 milligrams of caffeine.
  • The pills that are used for losing weight have coffee as one of their chief ingredients. Most of them contain 100 mg of caffeine and this is equivalent to a cup of coffee.
  • Medicines that are used in pain relief contain some amount of coffee. This includes the drugs that are used to treat headaches. An example is Excedrin tablets that contain 130mg of coffee and this are used in the treatment of migraines.
  • Some of the breath fresheners as mints and gums also contain coffee and this includes the foosh mint.
  • Sum seeds contain caffeine as one of their ingredients; the oatmeal contains caffeine that is similar to a cup of coffee.


Caffeine has many health benefits that help to lower erectile dysfunction. It helps to increase blood circulation to different parts of the body including the penis. This cause one to have an erection and be able to maintain it. Sexual function starts in the brain and when there is good supply to the brain, there is improved sexual activity. This shows that coffee reduces risk of getting erectile dysfunction. There are other health benefits of taking coffee and they include reduced risks of getting diabetes, hypertension.
