How Does Restria Work?
Research studies support that most body pains do occur due to a lack of proper sleep. Lack of enough sleep may cause low production of the growth hormone and lead to inflammation. Restria dietary supplement uses active sleep support, and clinically proven ingredients to help improve sleep and heal damaged joints. When you get good rest, the body produces more collagen and growth hormones. This helps heal damaged body tissues and support new cell regeneration.
Besides, the formula in itself helps improve collagen production. That inadequate collagen leads to low production of the growth hormone, pains in joints and muscles, and slow sleep waves. While there are products on the market that claim to help relieve joint pains and improve sleep, it is advisable to always go with the one that uses proven ingredients, cause Restria is on the list.
In one of the articles written by M. Z. Siddiqui and published in the Indian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Boswellia Serrata is a type of resin used in cultural and religious ceremonies because of its medicinal properties. Shallaki has anti-inflammatory properties making it an effective ingredient in the treatment of chronic pain and inflammation associated with various diseases like osteoarthritis and rheumatism[1].

Verdict on Claimed Benefits: Below is our summary of the available evidence for the claimed benefits of below mentioned joint pain supplements based on the available research:

1. Guggul can cause severe skin rashes in some people. I am one of those people. This is a component in Ayurvedic medicine, and it is reported that when used in traditional Ayurvedic compounds containing Guggul, rashes have not been known to develop. However, in this case, it is not part of a traditional Ayurvedic compound. Instead, it is a compound put together by some individuals who gathered some ingredients that are supposed to promote sleep and heal joints and added them to a dose of Melatonin. As reported here, the actual maker of this product is not revealed, but I have seen it on several different websites being sold by different companies. See this link for the dangers of Guggul:
2. Yes, it does induce sleep, but the ingredient responsible for that is not mentioned in the advertisements or videos. It is a substantial dose of Melatonin – 5 mg. For comparison: I have been taking Melatonin in an over-the-counter brand called Midnight, which provides 1.5 mg. But you can also get it in higher doses if needed. I’ve noticed that the more often you take it, the less effective it becomes, and you need a higher dose. When ordering this, I was hoping to get away from Melatonin, which is a hormone and has its own dangers as well. (See the WebMD website for side effects of Melatonin.) You can find Melatonin listed on the bottle’s nutrition label at the very bottom, away from all the other ingredients, where it could easily be missed. This nutrition label is not shown, and Melatonin is not mentioned in the advertisements or the video. Negative experiences like this have shown me that you should always see the nutrition label before you buy – the WHOLE label. If it isn’t in the advertisements or the video, then you have to ask yourself, ‘Why?’ You can usually find it if you search the name of the product online.
So maybe it will work for you; apparently, most people don’t get the rash. But I didn’t personally see any beneficial effects except for the Melatonin, and that can be obtained for a lot less elsewhere.
