Step One Foods snacks, including bars and smoothie mixes, incorporate specific ingredients chosen for their potential to naturally lower cholesterol levels. These components encompass plant sterols, soluble fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants, among others. Together, these elements constitute the best supplement to reduce cholesterol, as each plays a crucial role in supporting heart health and optimizing cholesterol profiles.

By consuming Step One Foods products as part of a balanced diet, individuals can introduce these cholesterol-lowering ingredients into their routine. However, it’s important to note that while Step One Foods can be a helpful component of a heart-healthy lifestyle, it is always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and guidance on managing cholesterol levels effectively.

I am more concerned about my LDL and HDL and it’s very disappointing that the HDL level dropped almost in half which is very very bad. The bars taste good but I think it’s very expensive because if you eat two bars a day that is six dollars so it’s almost $200 a month.
It’s a lot of money especially now where I don’t have significant changes and almost my lab report is a lot worse than it was before I started eating these bars. So disappointed!
