I use a frother and add a splash of orange juice to 8 oz of cold water when I mix this and it goes down easily. No grittiness when prepared that way. Around day 10 I finally started to see a difference in my stomach and I definitely feel less bloated. I will continue taking this as my stomach seems a bitter flatter and the bloating feeling is noticeably diminished. I can’t tell if I am experiencing any other significant additional benefit like more energy or better skin, but it does keep me feeling full longer. I take this once a day in the morning on an empty stomach and I may try also taking it in the afternoon to see if that helps me in any way too. I’ve had both the tropical splash and watermelon flavors now and will say that all greens are going to taste like grass, but the tropical flavor is more like a subtle citrus with your grass and the watermelon is actually more front and center tasting like a watermelon slush with a background grass flavor. Tropical splash is tolerable for a green, but the watermelon slush is actually enjoyable (again relative, these are still greens). Would recommend it based on taste. Although, I will disclaim I have a sweet tooth, so that might be different for others. With respect to whether it works, I think drinking a glass of water first thing generally would help most of these issues, but I’d say its claims of digestive support are probably more accurate than the energy claims. I still have a caffeine drink later in the morning. The benefits are probably more long term health rather than something you’ll noticeably feel. Also, they don’t mix super well so keep a mixer/spoon at hand until you finish. So glad amzn finally got this watermelon flavor! –Ali

If you don’t drink it fast it starts to settle to the bottom of the glass. You have to keep shaking it or stirring it.
