Water and Our Health.

Water also plays a significant role in our health. Frankly, it is essential to sustain our health and to keep us alive. Without water, our body can survive up to few days. Why? Because we have a huge storage of water in our body.

Basically, our body is made out of water in an average of 72%. Our body DOES NOT contain water; it is MADE OUT OF WATER, it is a significant difference in understanding.

Lack Of Water –Serious Troubles

Our body also excretes water every single day, from 2-3 liters. 1,5 is lost in urine, 0,5l in sweat and more than 0,5 with the air we breathe out. Just after night, we are already short of 0,5-1 l of water in our body. “Do not threat thirst with medication” said one of the pioneers in water research Dr. F. Batmanghelidj(1).

He was locked in an Iranian prison for few years and as a doctor was asked to help other inmates. As far he did not feel heavy any medical means, he started to treat them with… WATER. He noticed a huge improvement in inmates health, and he even asked to stay longer in the prison, even when his sentence expired to finish his research on water in prison.

The report of his findings was published in the editorial of the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology in June 1983. The New York Times Science Watch reported this discovery on June 21, 1983. After he got out of prison, he escaped to America where he continued his water natural healing properties research and published his book “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water” in 1992.

Since then dozens of studies were performed on the topic, including cancer treatment research. As of cancer cause, toxicity and hypoxia (lack of oxygen) discovered by Otto Warburg and awarded in Noble Prize in 1931(2) water can have a significant role. Water removes toxins from our body. Thus it plays the most important role in cancer main root cause.

What is more, our bodies have very poor thirst indicators. By the time we feel thirsty, we are already dehydrated. Knowing that we should be more proactive in drinking water. In addition, many times we tend to confuse thirst with hunger. We just do not have the natural ability to recognize that feeling. After regularly drinking water, we can restore that feeling.

How To Drink Water?

Water is being absorbed in the last stage of our digesting track, in a colon. Thus, in order to make it easier absorbed we should drink it when our stomach is empty:

  • 30 minutes before the meal
  • 1,5-2 hrs after the meal

We should not drink during eating because it dissolves stomach acid and disturbs digestion process. Water should be drink slowly in 8 oz. portions. The idea is to drink 16 oz. water as first thing in the morning to refill losses through breathing and sweat after hours of sleeping. Water should be also drunk as last just before sleeping.

The idea is to drink the same amount that is normally lost during the day. In 24 hours we lose in average 12 oz. through the breathing, around 50 oz. We urinate, and additional 12 through sweating. All of that is mostly weight, and activity depended. Thus, it was concluded to drink half of our weight in pounds in ounces per day(4).

What Kind of Water should I drink?

We should drink water with parameters which allow our body for more efficient and easier water absorption. Why is that? When we drink or eat any food, in order to extract or process water which can be absorbed our body NEEDS to use energy. We can speed up this process with drinking water which would need our body much less energy to absorb it.

  • Temperature: In order to water to be absorbed and transported to our cells, our body needs to heat up, in case if you drink cold water, or cool it down, in case hot drink. This drinking water in body temp would be the most logical and reasonable solution.
  • pH of water: Water is the only fluid which goes straight to our cells and is not decomposed by the metabolic process like other intakes, i.e., proteins, fat, or sugar.
  • When we drink water that has a pH of less than 7 our body is very clever, so nature would not allow our blood’s pH to fluctuate much. Otherwise, we would die. Thus, our organism takes alkalinity from our reserves to maintain the proper pH of our internal river – blood.

    Unfortunately, because most of today’s drinks have a pH below 7, our body needs to use alkalinity reserves constantly. Our body requires calcium to do this, and where is the storage of calcium in our body? That’s right, in our bones and teeth.

    That is why people get osteoporosis when they are old and the shrink, which is simply caused by weakness of bones due to lack of calcium. They often wonder where all their calcium went.

    Well, throughout their entire life it was used to neutralize all the acidity they were drinking and eating. What is more, to neutralize one part acidity it requires 4 parts alkalinity. That is why it is very imported to drink water with a pH of 7 or more.

  • Negative Oxidation Redox Potential (ORP): During the process of metabolism, free radicals appear in our body. Free radicals should be in the balance with the antioxidants in our body.
  • Antioxidants are molecules which have additional electrons in their orbit which they can “give” to a free radical and make the system stable.

    This creates balance in our body. That is why it is crucial to provide negatively charged foods and fluids to our system. But where can you find that kind of water? This water exists in nature as a natural spring water.

    Unfortunately, negatively charged water cannot be transported, because the movement of the water in pipes or steel tubes would oxidize it. Even closing it into a bottle makes the charge of the water become positive, and it wouldn’t be negatively charged as required.

    There is a way to manufacture that kind of water at your home, it calls ionization. It can be done in two ways: with a special machine, calls water ionizators and with a more natural process with special water conditioners, like Coral-Mine.

  • Surface Tension allows insects (e.g. water striders), usually denser and heavier than water, to float and stride on the water’s surface. Water usually has a higher surface tension than blood.
  • That is why water drops make spherical shapes in contrast with blood drops, which usually spill on the surface. For water to be able to stream into a blood system, our body makes an effort to reduce water surface tension to the proper value.

  • Right Structure: Have you ever wondered why there are no two identical snowflakes in the world? That made Mr. Masaru wonder and he spent many years researching that phenomenon.
  • In his New York Bestselling book “The Hidden Messages in Water”(3) exposed that water can create a structure depending on the many aspects it is exposed to. He discovered that water can make different structures when it is frozen or create different kinds of crystals depending on the human emotions it is exposed to.

    In his studies, he conducted that water from nature creates much more harmonic and symmetrical crystals than that from the tap or a bottle. During his research, water was sampled from many places all over the world. Eventually, he discovered it has something to do with the amount of living energy the water carries.

    While water from natural sources created beautiful shapes in contrast to processed water from the tap or bottle, this structure can be also be influenced by human intention and emotion. Thus, naturally structured water is easier absorbed by our body.

Stay Hydrates

Conclusion

Drinking water definitely improves our general health and it was supported by many different types of researches and experiments. Taking into consideration that our body is made out of water in average 75% it is not open to debate that its quality influence quality of our health.

Thus, drink if you want to hydrate your body on cellular level drink only the water with mentioned parameters.
