Are you aware that the area around the eyes is one of the first places where signs of skin aging appear? The reason for this is because the skin in this area is very thin which makes it very delicate. There are many sign of skin aging around the eye area like fine lines, crow’s feet, wrinkles, under eye bags, etc. Because this is among the most common problem areas, a specific kind of anti-aging product was developed. These products are called eye creams, gels or serums. The most difficult part is finding the right product which is not just effective but also free from side effects. To help guide you in finding the best products, let’s take a popular eye gel that claims to target signs of skin aging around the eyes under examination.

What You Should Know About Dermalyze?

Dermalyze

Dermalyze claims to be a powerful eye cream that offers the ultimate solution to signs of skin aging around the eyes. It doesn’t just target fine lines and wrinkles but it also addresses dark circles, puffiness and bags according to the Dermalyze website. It even claims to rejuvenate the skin cells at the DNA level. The product is formulated with premium, medical-grade ingredients combining age old beauty secrets with modern day science.

How Does It Work?

According to the product’s website, there are three main benefits of using Dermalyze. The first benefit is that it helps in healing skin damage which causes fine lines and wrinkles. It works through the process of cellular regeneration using a revolutionary formula to produce collagen, elastin and other binding fibers. When used consistently, the product claims to reduce the depth, length and overall visibility of fine lines and wrinkles.

The second benefit of Dermalyze is that it targets dark circles under the eyes. Dark circles are genetic in nature and it is a direct result of aging. The eye gel contains scientifically proven ingredients that attack dark circles using a two-step approach. First, it promotes the healing of blood-stained skin cells allowing them to be replaced with healthy skin cells. Secondly, it addresses the main source of the problem which is the capillaries around the eye area. The eye gel prevents blood from going to the skin cells to make sure that dark circles don’t return.

The third benefit of Dermalyze is that it relieves eye puffiness and under eye bags. Eye bags and puffiness are usually caused by water retention and the build-up of fat globules under the tissue surrounding the eyes. The product claims to break down the fat build-up and get rid of the water retained in the area.

Active Ingredients

Dermalyze appears to be a very good eye gel since it is designed to target the most common signs of skin aging around the eyes. The dilemma begins when you try to find information about the product’s active ingredients. There is no information on the product’s ingredients on the Dermalyze website or anywhere else online. Moreover, there is no explanation how the product’s claims are delivered through the product’s active ingredients.

Dermalyze Customer Reviews

Here are some online customer reviews:
I discovered Dermalyze through an online advertisement. The product seems very promising but the problem is that I wasn’t able to find the list of ingredients. Despite this problem, I still decided to give the product a try since there are many good reviews online saying it works. I have terrible eye bags that have been around for a few years. I was disappointed with Dermalyze and I think it is just a glorified moisturizer. My eye bags didn’t get smaller even a little bit. However, the skin around my eyes seems smoother and some fine lines have become almost unnoticeable. Overall, it still isn’t a good product that I would recommend to anyone.
Diane Smith, Los Angeles, CA

I heard about Dermalyze from a friend who claims it has helped with her fine lines and crow’s feet. I decided to give it a try without even researching about the product. I ordered a bottle online and used it regularly for about a month. It helped a little bit with my fine lines but didn’t have any effect on my dark circle problem. I’m still happy with the result since my fine lines are now almost gone. I’m now in the market for another eye cream to treat my dark circle problem.

Final Verdict

Overall, Dermalyze is not a recommendable product. The biggest problem with this eye gel is that there is no information available on the active ingredients and how they work. Another major problem is that there is no clinical study proving the effectiveness or safety of Dermalyze. Some reviews from customers claim that it can help with fine lines but there are many reviews saying it doesn’t really have an effect on eye bags and dark circles. It would be better to look at other eye creams that are clinically proven to be effective.

  1. My mother gave this to me since she had a bunch of unopened dermalyze products from her friend. So, this didn’t cost me anything, but if it did I would be sorely upset. The eye gel is sticky and weird and the cream sometimes burned my eyes. This is a basic eye gel, nothing too special about it at all.

  2. I bought this product after hearing about how great it was. I was very upset to find it didn’t work at all. My dark circles are worse within an hour or two of application. Not only that, but it burned my eyes like crazy, and my skin is not that sensitive. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

  3. I received this product and started using it for 3 weeks now. It felt rich & creamy upon touching & yet it is not greasy on the skin. Unfortunately, that feeling is gone within 10 minutes, I put another layer on, and another 10 minutes another layer, 3 generous layer, on both sides of my dry skin, not just in the eye area. The dryness of the skin was not satisfied. This not worth the money.

  4. I have used dermalyze and this is not for sensitive skin. I used a small amount and it totally burned my whole eye area. My skin was red and dry and peeled. I looked 10 years older in one day. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

  5. I have used it and I didn’t like this product. I guess I have sensitive skin around my eyes because the moment I got this home, washed my face and put some on the skin around my eyes started to burn. I decided to give it a day or two, but every time I used it my skin burnt. Sorry to say, but this not the right choice for me.
