How Does A2X Work?

A2X is made to boost natural levels of serotonin and GABA in the system. These are the chemicals that are responsible for balancing the mood and relieving anxiety. Unlike prescription medications, A2X is said to achieve this through the use of natural substances that include Ashwagandha, Passionflower, L-Theanine, Magnesium, Calcium, and vitamins B6 and 12. While not all the ingredients are listed on the website, the key substances are explained in detail in regard to how they work and there is some evidence to show that they have performed well in clinical studies. There is no indication of how soon the consumer will feel relief from anxiety and, although most people will not experience side effects, there is a warning that some may occur, such as stomach upset, headaches and morning grogginess.

A2X Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

    Passionflower

    – Traditionally, the soothing plant passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) was used to treat anxiety, sleeplessness, convulsions, and hysteria in the Americas and subsequently in Europe. It is still employed today to treat insomnia and anxiety, as shown in our another brain enhancement supplement called Nervogen Pro reviews.[1]

    Ashwagandha

    – Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb, has been recognized for its potential benefits in managing anxiety and promoting emotional well-being. According to our peer-reviewed Nuzena Ashwagandha Pure + article, ashwagandha has been studied for its positive effects on mood regulation and stress reduction. This adaptogenic herb has a long history of use in treating anxiety and promoting relaxation, making it a natural approach to supporting mental health.

In a research study spanning 8 weeks, it was found that taking ashwagandha extract significantly lowered subjective stress and cortisol levels compared to taking a placebo[2].

    L-Theanine

According to research, prolonged (8-week) l-theanine treatment has a number of positive impacts on people with MDD’s depressive symptoms, anxiety, sleep problems, and cognitive impairments[3].

What Do the Reviews Say?

A2X Relieves my anxiety and stress

I have purchased A2X several times now. I find it is helping with my anxiety symptoms as well as stress feelings. I like that it has natural ingredients instead of the addictive stuff given by doctors. I have not suffered any side effects as of now with taking it. That is a plus. Don’t feel drowsy and have that foggy feeling as I did with prescription medication. It does take several months before you feel the relief/effects. The price is a little high but does help. Will keep trying it. It also helps take control of my OCD symptoms as well because I am not so anxious. ~ Boban Njegric

A2X – Final Verdict

A2X may be a good product for someone who suffers from occasional or mild anxiety. Obviously, anyone taking the product would need to be aware of the potential side effects and cease taking the product if they were affected. A2X is not the most expensive product of this type on the market, but consumers would be wise to take advantage of the trial before committing to buying.

Depression and anxiety are common disorders that can make daily tasks extremely challenging. Some estimates allege that approximately one in ten Americans suffer from some level of depression and/or anxiety. Symptoms of anxiety and depression include ongoing feelings of sadness accompanied by unease, irritability, tension, and nervousness. While some people require medication to deal with these occasionally crippling symptoms, others may find an all-natural product helpful. An all natural relaxation supplement should promote healthy neurological function. All ingredients should be clinically proven to reduce feelings of anxiousness, sadness, unease, irritability, tension, and nervousness.

Below you'll find some of the most effective natural nervousness relief supplements on the market today, in our opinion.

    A2X Dissappointed Me
This A2X did nothing to help me because it is too strong for my system. I feel that the manufacturer could go back to the lab and make a lighter dosage (fewer milligrams) or put this dosage in a scored tablet so the purchaser could cut the dosage in half. I have confidence in the composition of the herbs, etc the company used– it’s just too much for my system to handle and I won’t attempt to divide a capsule dosage of anything. I have not contacted the company to make this suggestion or ask for a return of my money.
