1. Orange Juice
This is very common. It is found almost in any store. And it’s one of the most loved juices there is. It has a high concentration of Vitamin C which has the benefits already listed above. It again contains the other vitamins and minerals needed for a healthy brain and overall health.
But make sure to take it in moderation as taking too much would mean consuming too much sugar. In a single cup of the juice, you will be getting about 25g of sugar. You do not want to gain unnecessary weight while eating a healthy food.

2. Pineapple Juice
Others like to eat the whole raw fruit, which is just as good as the juice. The nutrients needed for a healthy brain are in good composition. It is delicious and so it is loved by many. It has more iron than any other juice on our top 6 list. And its fat concentration is on the lower side.

It’s as well a favorite juice for many. Mango juice is made from mango fruits. It has magnesium, vitamins B1 and B12, iron and all the other vitamins for a healthier brain.
