    Magical for the body
    I only need one pill vs the recommended three. I can’t take it at night because it works like a stimulant as I severely lacked magnesium in my blood workup.

    I got a significant improvement over the course of a week using it. It works wonders for me. I feel ten years younger using it.

    Not for me...
    There was white powder all over the bottle, indicating that some of the tablets had broken open within. Additionally, I think that this definitely low quality’s absorption. I’ve had this type of magnesium in a gel form before and that was way more potent.
