The servings of fish that you take into your body depend on your gender and your age. For example, women between the ages of 19 to 30 should take in about 5 1/2 ounces of fish, or protein, daily. USDA recommends for men that increase* it to 6 1/2 ounces. The average amount everybody should be consuming is between 5 to 6 ounces daily. Healthy servings of fish should be baked or grilled. A fried fish sandwich is generally not the best.

Dark, green leafy vegetables are the most important way to get the calcium you need in your body. It is known that most Americans get their greens primarily in a taco or hamburger. This is actually not the best amount of servings that your body needs. One message from the USDA states as a rule of fun for consumers is to serve your plate half filled with vegetables. This rule helps you to eat the required amount of vegetables necessary in order to consume the proper nutrients for your bones. Bone support supplements can make up for the amounts that you do not eat regularly, which is useful to many people’s busy lives.
