What is Hyperbolic Stretching?

Hyperbolic Stretching is a complete 4-week video course by expert Alex Larsson that promises to enhance bodily strength and flexibility with 8-minute sessions of daily static and dynamic stretching exercises.

Personal trainer and owner of Dean CrossFit in New York City Maillard Howell explains the benefits of regular stretching:

Stretching helps keep us mobile. We are born super mobile as babies and young children but lose this as we grow into adults. When we stop stretching, we lose capacity in movement. Decreased capacity in movement means we are able to move less; we are functionally less able to do everyday stuff like pick up a pen from the floor, scratch our back, or even climb stairs efficiently [1].

Based on ancient Asian techniques, it promises to transform your body completely in only 30 days. This fully online program is available in separate versions for men and women and comes with lifetime access and a community of support.

In this review, we’ll look at the details of the Hyperbolic Stretching program closely and give you our own honest opinion to help you decide if it’s right for you.

How Does Hyperbolic Stretching Work and What Are the Health Benefits?

The Hyperbolic Stretching video course includes dynamic and static stretching exercises, including the following:

  • 8-minute exercises for hamstrings, hip flexors, and lower back
  • 8-minute exercises for hip opening, adductors, and pelvic floor strength
  • Forward bend flows for hams, back, and posterior pelvic tilt
  • Dynamic lower body flexibility enhancement for sports
  • Complete upper body flexibility for maximum range of motion
  • Back bend power flows for spinal, cervical, and anterior pelvic tilt

A narrative review published in Sports Medicine by David G. Behm, et al found that dynamic stretching may reduce the risk of future injuries in athletes [2].

In addition, a review by Helmi Chaabene, et al published in Frontiers in Physiology discussed the acute benefits of static stretching on muscle power and strength [3].

What makes Hyperbolic Stretching unique from other programs is that it focuses on strengthening and developing the pelvic muscle floor. This helps turn off the automatic ‘survival reflex’ that our muscles have which prevents further contraction, for improved flexibility and range of motion.

A review in the Annals of Indian Academy of Neurology by Kalyan B. Bhattacharyya explains the stretch reflex in more detail [4].

Verdict: There is evidence to support the benefits of exercises like the ones in Hyperbolic Stretching for promoting improved strength and flexibility.

Hyperbolic Stretching Review – FAQs

Q: Who Should Try Hyperbolic Stretching?

A: The Hyperbolic Stretching method is suitable for people of all ages and ability levels who want to improve their strength and flexibility.

However, it’s important that any injuries to connective tissue or muscles heal before you begin the program. It’s a good idea to check with a physician for approval first.

Q: What Sets It Apart from the Competition?

A: Typically, programs focus on simply stretching, while Hyperbolic Stretching exercises also train your muscle survival reflex to protect the muscle from excess and unnecessary contractions. This helps significantly to prevent future injuries.

Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: There is a full 60-day 100% money-back guarantee on the Hyperbolic Stretching program. Try it out for 2 full months, and if you’re not happy with your results email customer service and they will give you a full, hassle-free refund.

Q: Is It Worth It?

A: The Hyperbolic Stretching program only takes a few minutes daily, and it has tremendous benefits to offer in terms of full body flexibility and strength as well as improvements in mood, sleep quality, exercise performance and recovery, and more. It’s more than worth it, especially at the current very low price.

Q: Where to Buy It?

A: You can purchase the Hyperbolic Stretching video program from the official website exclusively. While the total value of the complete course with all of the bonuses is $287, the price is now $27 for the entire package.

What Do the Hyperbolic Stretching Reviews Say?

We rate Hyperbolic Stretching a very high 4.65 out of 5 stars, as we think it’s a clear, comprehensive program that has much to offer people of all ages in terms of bodily strength, flexibility, and improved mobility.

There is a wealth of 5-star reviews from verified buyers on the official website, including a number of comments from social media sites. Other official product sites offer impressive before and after pictures.

One of the top comments is from 49-year-old Lito B, who describes his powerful results:

I couldn’t reach full side split with any other method. This program closed the gap in just a few sessions.

Reviews posted on Trustpilot are less impressive, with 18 users rating the program 2.7 out of 5 stars, however, most of Hyperbolic Stretching negative reviews appear to be from users who purchased from the incorrect website. There are false websites, so you have to be careful to buy from the official.

For example, Pete Palmisano gives one star and explains:

Scam website. I attempted to purchase the program, but it won’t accept my info. Customer support says we can’t help you talk to the vendor. REALLY???? Looking for their email address where I encountered the big red flag. It’s spelled out. No dots or symbols. Clearly a fake website. Idk what kind of scam they are running but stay away.

One of the top 5-star reviews is from Bill Trentom, who is very happy with the results:

Very satisfied with the program as it really helped me get rid of my back ache and I can now also lay palms flat on the floor. Support has been friendly when I asked them to resend me the link to the course…

Verdict: Reviews for Hyperbolic Stretching are very positive on the official site, and on independent sites, they vary. Many users say they experienced impressive improvements in strength and flexibility.

Hyperbolic Stretching Review – Conclusion

In the final analysis, we rate the Hyperbolic Stretching video program a high 4.56 out of 5 stars. It offers significant flexibility and strengthening benefits to the whole body, in only 8 minutes daily over 30 days total. More than worth the low price, we recommend it to people of all ages who want to enhance their physical form, mood, and physical performance.

There are a number of glowing 5-star Hyperbolic Stretching reviews and positive social media posts on the official website from users who experienced significant benefits quickly. While some Trustpilot users complained because they purchased from scam websites by accident, most of those who carried out the course spoke enthusiastically about their results.

Hyperbolic Stretching is a safe program for people of all ages, but those who have a current injury should wait until it is healing to begin. It’s a good idea to check with a physician before starting the program to ensure that it’s suitable for you.

Hyperbolic Stretching is a great quick and easy program!
As a mom of two with a jam-packed schedule, finding time for myself is tough. But Hyperbolic Stretching changed everything with its quick 8-10 minute workouts. It was perfect for my busy days, and I could really feel it working on my pelvic floor muscles. After just a few weeks, I saw a big improvement in strength down there.
