Blood Balance Scam

The ad for Blood Balance appeared on my phone. The last time I went to my doctor, and she checked my blood pressure, it was high at 165/115. I was attracted to the herbs and supplements in the formula and thought I’d give it a try. After taking it for a couple of months, there was very little difference, and my blood pressure fluctuated. Only twice did it come close to being normal. I decided to look at the ingredients and noticed that there was only Mulberry extract, Cinnamon extract, rice flour, and magnesium. In their advertising, they claimed it contained White Mulberry Leaf, Biotin, Chromium, Juniper Berry, Bitter Melon, Berberine, and Cinnamon powder. I also received an email stating that they had shipped my next order. I contacted their chat support, and they informed me that I had signed up for an auto-refill. I explained that I never do that until I’ve tried a product, and only if I’m satisfied with it will I consider reordering. They offered me a $69.99 discount on the order, but I insisted on a full refund because I am not happy with the product due to the discrepancies in the advertised ingredients. It is quite expensive, especially considering the ingredients that are claimed to be in it but are not actually present.

Beware Prime Health Zone are scammers

Blood Balance Formula is sold by Prime Health Zone and partners with Wellness Body Store as the supplier. I ordered one bottle of the product on 9/06/21 costing $39.60. After sending the card payment, I realized I have been charged $198.00 and PHZ was sending 5 bottles I did not ask for. I immediately asked to cancel the order and refund the unauthorized payment. The response was it cannot be canceled because the order has been processed, which is a common excuse as other reviews I’ve read. I was also told, if I return the order then a refund will be issued. So what’s the point of sending an order the buyer is asking to cancel? This is an indication of scam activity. The problem was in PHZ’s checkout page it does not show details of the purchase, that was why I assumed I was charged only $39.60 for 1 bottle required. However, checking my account the next day, $256.11 has been taken off under the name: Wellness Body Store, which I am trying to contact for comment. The PHZ are fraudsters, no wonder no proper physical address to be found.

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM

Saw an ad after looking through some health journals and clicked on a link for information about ways to lower blood pressure and end up on an ad sighting Shark Tank investors etc. Looking at the product and the loss of ingredients, it seemed like it might be worth a try. So in looking at the offers there was buy 2 get one free. Compared to most supplements out there, the average cost per bottle seemed a bit high, but still within reasonable especially since there was a money back guarantee. So I selected the offer and so begins the scam as my card was immediately charged full price for three bottles. I immediately called the number shown on the advertisement within two minutes to cancel the order. Scam part two; I asked to have the order cancelled and my credit card refunded. I was given the excuse that the order was already processed and the shipping label prepared so I could not cancel the order. Since there was a money back guarantee which the rep fully acknowledged, I immediately ask for my money back. His reply – I can only get it if I return the product, and since I don’t have the product to ship back he has can’t refund me based on the guarantee. Shark Tank should be ashamed which we all know they don’t care so it is pointless. Fool me once…Please learn from my mistake as well as all the others here saying the same thing.

Do not order SCAM

I saw this product and saw it was endorsed by Shark tank and needed to lower my blood sugar levels. I ordered it and I saw that they recommend checking with your doctor. I ordered on January 31, 2020. I checked with my doctor and I have heart conditions and I am also trying to recover from COVID. My cardiologist said absolutely not to take this. I tried to call the customer service number on February 5 and was on hold for an hour. I hung up and tried again the next morning on February 6 at 9:am. I was on hold again for 45 minutes. I then received an email at 4:00 pm on February 6 that said my order had shipped out on February 6 at 11:44 pm. The email said to call the number again to talk with someone about my issues. I called the number and was disconnected after waiting for 20 minutes. I called again and was on hold for 40 minutes. A representative by the name of Lee answered. I explained the issue to her and she wanted to try and sell me more of the product at a discount. I told her three different times that I can not take the product because I did what they said by contacting my doctor and he said no not to take it. She said she would cancel all future orders and they don’t have a money back guarantee. She said the order had shipped on February 3rd and could not do anything about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I told her several times that I have an email from the company and that the order shipped on the 6th of February at 11:44 pm and I was talking to her at 11:15 pm on the 6th of February. She said to have a good night and hung up on me. I am out basically$200.00 for something that my doctor advised me not to take. I did what the company said by contacting my doctor and now they won’t refund my money. The investors from Shark tank need to be aware of what is going on. This is a pathetic company and a total SCAM.

The product is a complete scam

I guess I am getting more and more gullible as I get older. I heard about blood balance on television and it looked convincing enough that I thought I would give it a try and bought five bottles for $140. There was a money back guarantee but unfortunately, I didn’t check to see how many days weeks, or months you’re allowed for that to be in effect. Anyway I took it for 3 months one capsule every morning with high hopes my previous A1C test result have had been 8.7 and after 3 months of taking this product my A1C result just came in at 9.4. I do believe the whole thing is a scam and that the Shark Tank people know that it’s a scam but know that millions of people will be taken in by it enough to make them hundreds of millions of dollars on a product that accomplishes nothing. I don’t check my blood sugar daily I usually just wait for my A1C results to see what it’s been and that means that of course, it was 3 months from getting this product until I just called and asked for a refund and was told there’s only a 60-day money-back guarantee. So some of the blame is on me for this scam. But the customer service agent I talked to was totally unhelpful and unsympathetic. She was more like a machine than a human. I told her to find another job so that she could save her own personal Integrity. But good luck with that!
