Niamh Campbell is from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Currently she is working as a reporter with the Belfast Telegraph, reporting on all things news (and often sport) in Northern Ireland. Previously she was a journalist with online & print magazine Sync NI, covering business and technology across the region. She had also created and hosted Sync NI's inaugural podcast, Tech Craic.

She is very much passionate about sport and health and is an amateur boxer, coach, and Child Protection Officer at the City of Belfast Boxing Academy. She also plays Gaelic football with the East Belfast GAA ladies' team and previously co-hosted His and Hers Boxing, a weekly podcast on all things amateur and professional boxing.
