Mariella Murray is a qualified Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Mat Pilates Specialist and a trained Alternative Therapist since 2008 that is passionate about anything health or fitness-related. Mariella has always been a health and wellbeing enthusiast and finally took a leap of faith at the age of 39 to formally retrain as a fitness instructor. She closed the door on a corporate career that spanned over 20 years and walked away from a successful freelance marketing consultancy business in search of "Balance". After emerging from a decade of self-inflicted emotional eating restriction and the pitfalls of dieting and counting calories she became ill. By adopting a balanced and holistic lifestyle she was able to eliminate illness and disease in the body.
